  1. can see the evolution from 05 onwards. the 05 looks so strange for some reason compared to the forward models. i have to admit the 12s are growing one me. love the shape of the cavity. very handsome
  2. the components are not assembled yet. wont have a crack at this til 1st week of january. i will have updates soon.
  3. man if that bag was only black! in red i nearly dont have the game to pull it off!
  4. this one was a monster of the tee, i found it rather difficult to elevate the time i was using mine some months ago. biggest regret is i sold it. i suspect that the shaft i had was too light and throwing my timing off. if i had my way id get one again and shaft it with a tour ad di shaft. that would be an awesome all rounder
  5. the 460 zr is marchmallow soft, like the ball gets compressed before being slung. hard to describe its like hitting a rubberized ball, sound is not a loud pop more of a metallic thud. now the jbeams for me were muted, very muted but chris is right its not soft. actually crispy. imagine a hollow dense feeling tin can that has cotton inside to mask the sound. it muted but should feel like a nike sasquatch minus the annoying sound.
  6. that is a very very good looking face! love the shape. C have you had a chance to hit this yet? could you elaborate on differences with the yonex ezone 15? thanks
  7. haha you saw the ping? its getting booted tom when i get my other items.
  8. ok new bag literally Epon 2012 standbag black gold Epon 380cc Diamana stinger 70x Yonex 14.5 ezone DI8s Srixon #3 driving iron DI9 Epon 22 901 shimada tour lites Epon 4-pw Copper 302s modus3 TS maru proto 53/58 nippon 2s14x proto bettinardi ss2 sorry for the pics taken with a cam phone. il have clearer pics in the next few days
  9. they are labeled tour 120g but raw weight of the s flex is around 115 the x is 120 now cut them down to playing length and they become the weight of a ns1150 give or take a few SI-2E12PRO S 114 41"-37" (#2-W) 49.7 1.9~1.6 Mid/High 0.600 0.355
  10. I use a sp blue prototype 2s14x in my wedges, I like my wedges firmer And real heavy. The modus 3 s could be too soft. They are 115grams in stiff Ct em down for a wedg they will be sub 110. If thats ok for you go for it. Personally I prefer heavier
  11. If it works for you IF. Even the best shafts in the world will have detractors, can't please everybody. I know a lot of people that have chosen the modus over the c tapers etc. Those who don't like em are most likely playing a flex don at their used too. I'm using s no problems
  12. I love the modus 3. Used to change shafts 3x a month til I discovered the modus3. They haven't come close to being replaced. You made a good discovery and the Results prove it.

    O. Chance on a head only? Loft and model perfect for my dad
  17. im familiar with the 460zr maroon. did not even know they had the deep blue limited. the zr was pretty soft come to think of it. softer than the 102 and even 101
  18. anyone have a yururu 49?
  19. depends on the shaft, lower kick will be softer feeling. the 360cc you have with a di8s was the softest thing ive ever hit. not the lightest though.
  20. yeah plenty of experience. i find that these are one of the best shafts in wedges i have tried. they are super super stable, straight and are lower launching. they put lots of spin more so than the WV wedge shafts which i found great for pitch shots but terrible on full shots. i had the black shafts( same as the chrome) if you do a lot of full shots with your wedges id recommend these. for the pitch shots around the green i had no problem with them. do note they are a bit stiff , i was only gaming an S and they felt stiffer than an S.
  21. after two years of searching the right one came around. i just hope it lives up to all the hype! will shaft it up today and game the beast over the weekend. will see if shes worthy of the cult status icon.
  22. for some reason most of the heads i try with a GD regardless of the shaft model feel good. cant say the same for fuji and usdm shafts
