THey are just a little heavier i believe. However, they are the BEST iron shafts i have ever used without a doubt! I've tried all shafts, and i will NEVER not have these in my irons... Great news is they are coming out to retail in the near future, so they'll be easier to get soon.... I love them and if you have any questions about them let me know... but if you have an opportunity to get them, DO IT....
