This infor on the Miuraism sounded so great, I had to book a trip to Japan to do the fitting at their foundry. Bill from Miura NA, is hooking me up with an appoinment, and from what he claims,. that Mr M will do the fitting himself, I dont hold my hopes up for that,. but would be great if that really happens. Its a pricey option,. I told Bill what I wanted, and he said that it would be 500,000 to 800,000 Yen depending on the extent of the options I choose. I asked him about the price, and he said that I have to condsider the time at the factory, and 4-6 hours of fitting ( normally its 2-3 hours for a local Japanese ) with a translator, with Mr. M himself. will let you know how it goes,. and add some pics too

  9. the test seems questionable, shows a pic of the AF-501, but test it's supposedly on the AF-301, and then they test the Bridgestone J33. They dont even make that model anymore. Did the mean J36? , pic shows a J33.... hmmmm
  10. Great review on the 3 sets, they all look great!.seems somewhat puzzling why On-Off would would forge their irons for their oversea market in Japan,. and their irons of their Japanese market in China,. how could you possible tell the difference? They look identical, would the feel be any different? This from their english site: *Remarks Our website in English being designed for overseas market, country of origin for each club in English website is different from that in Japanese website. The clubs for overseas market are “made in Japan” and those for Japanese market are “made in China”.

Just wondering if new NS PRO 999GH from Nipponshaft be added to the pro shop here when they come out in late April? Albeit that the exsisting 950WF are available now, but only have a 5 gram difference as compared to the 15 gram difference in their new 999GH model. Thanks for any input.
  12. Is it possible to know the volume of the head for the 3 FW? Thanks
  13. I digress a bit here, Endo does fantastic forging, but I was wondering if there is a difference in quality between products that are forged by Endo in Niigata, and products forged by Endo in Thailand,..... for example Tourstage X-Blabe CB, and Epon,......just wondering

I would really be interested in knowing a little more about the "miuraism" SB-02. Is it really that much better in quality than the MB5003, from what I can read on the Proshop page, they are both WDD forged, and the Miuraism SB-02 have some fitting options and TT shafts,. but is that all you get for the extra $1,100? There must be something more,. sure would appreciate some more info,...... anyone Marty
