Anyone have an opinion on this shaft. My swingspeed is around 105 with a driver with a smooth tempo.

Any opinions on the Golfsmith Professional Loft and Lie Machine. Looking for a reasonble hobby machine?

Why does it not seem to be a big factor in the driver, 3 wood? It seems to matter a great deal in irons. Thanks

I think it was Gary Player who said "The more I practice the luckier I get". There is a lot of truth to that. The better one is the more chances are for putts to fall, etc. but there is probably a point of deminishing returns also. Hence Pro's tend to have what appears to be more luck than lesser skilled golfers. In golf and life if you are prepared for the situation and execute others view that as luck while being prepared probably attributed more to your luck than just shear luck. IMHO.

Joe, I am probably confused as to what a swinger is vs. hitter is. I really do not understand those terms. My average swing start to finish is around 1.7 seconds, but I tend to go back fairly slow and make a hard move to the ball. My main faults are I tend to realese the club to early and tend to move a little forward so I am hitting down on the ball. My question relates to the use of mid-kick shafts as I tend to pull the ball with them. I hit high kick shafts much better, but I do not know why it makes a difference were the kick is. Just trying to understand why kick points make a difference. Thanks, Sam

Why do I pull the speeder 757. Joe you told me this would be the case (relates to the mid-kick) several years ago, but I do not understand why it happens. My SS is around 105 with a medium tempo, I am not really a swinger but more of a hitter. Thanks, Sam
