  1. 90 % NEW. Seldom used. These are collector set. Hard to find MIZUNO COMBO set from 3-PW, total 8 pieces. Each has manufacturer's matching serial number. 3 iron to 6 iron are MP58 , and 7 iron to PW are MP68 . The 3 and 4 irons are new and still wrapped in plastic and are in original Dynamic Gold shaft and Mizuno grips. The 5 iron to PW irons are shafted in KBS Tour 90 Regular Flex shafts, and with IOMIC grips ( 5 and 6 iron in white and red grip, 7 to Pw in Red). Asking for USD800, EXCLUDING Shipping. Will ship world wide. Price negotiable. Reasonable offers will be considered. No part exchange. If interested please PM me.
  2. Hi Bogeydog I agree and thanks for your comments. I was worried that the Onoff irons with NSPRO850 stock shafts may cause problems, as I played irons with shafts of 90g range, KBS Tour 90 and NSPRO 950 , all Reg flex. In the end, I treated myself to a set of Yamaha Inpres X V-froged ( 2011 model) 5-Pw, hit them at driving range yesterday, very pleased with the feel at impact, soft yet not mushy, easy to hit with good distance, at least 10 yards more than any of my current iron sets. I am very, very, very happy with the investment. : ) Thank you all for the comments offered. Thx
  3. Hi Bogeydog, Some advice needed.....were the NSPRO 950 shafts you tested of Stiff Flex? Any idea how the NSPRO 950 shafts compare bewteen regular and stiff flex....... I have owned the previous Onoff Plus irons ( think they were 2009 model), they were shafted with NSPRO 850 Regular Flex shafts. I sold these but miss them very much......thinking of buying a set of the Onoff Forged 2011 irons.....as I am using mostly irons shafts of 95grams ( NSPRO950 Reg and KBS 90 Regular Flex ) I am thinking whether I should have them installed with NSPRO 950 Regular flex shafts rather than have the stock NSPRO 950 Stiff flex shafts. The NSPRO 850 R Flex shafts I had were more than easy and friendly to use, but as I normally use 95 gram shafts, I sometimes feel that they are a teeny touch on the lighter tnhan what I am used to. Any thoughts to share? Anyone? Thx
  4. Hi Supo67 I got a combo set of MP68 + MP 58 recently ............checked their spec and offset, the tie in very nicely, the long irons in Mp58 and short irons in MP68. I have always been a Mizuno fan, always come back to s set no matter what other goodies I have bought and use. I got my set re-shafted with KBS shafts. They are just sheer joy to hit, impact feel is just supreme, typical mizuno soft feel !! They are current favourite set in my collection. Love their looks.......just pure sex on stciks!
  5. Yeap , like to know how these feel and perform as well. Saw these at al ocal clubfitter's pro shop......imemsely beautiful, shame that they have no demo club. The price is also reasonable, together with my choice of shaft......but just holding off until reviews and comments from others.
  6. I vote for Epon AF-301 or 302 anyday!! I have owned both sets, now currently own AF Tour irons , 5 to P, they truly are unbelievably easy to hit though they are blades, very forgiving. I am a die-hard golf equipment junkie, I have bought and used many different brands and different models of irons, the Epons are now # 1 on my preference list, the downside is that Epons are very expensive! The Burner TPs are relatively more forgiving, I dont think the two can be compared as the two are of different materials......impact-feel wise, Epon tops the list, besides that , the AF 301 and 302s are not as difficult to use as one might think.
  7. "pure esctacy in a flash...."............this description is spot on!! Own AF-301, picking up my AF-302's next week. Cant wait
  8. I actually have been longing for a set of the 2008 Taylormade Forged TP Irons since they came out, took me sometime but have eventually found and bought them recently. Adsolute beauties...... I have not yet opened the plastic wraps, they just look too beautiful to use. Its amazing, same brand Taylormade and yet Japanese Taylormade are a different beast altogether, Japan TM have better forging and craftmanship, I still get immense pleasure from admiring them. I am getting a lot of aggravation from my wife from buying and collecting many sets of Japanese forged irons.
