Good advice guys but im looking new stuff - I have have tried all that is suggested bar that sexy golds premium putter and the chikaras..... I am thinking of Golds irons with roddio shafts, the new 701 epons or else a set of the yururi irons......also those new mizzy irons look sweet - Is there anything really rare out there at the minute that would be tastey to try??? any proto gear?

Me likes - the 3 wood looks like an absolute rocket - nice and deep!!! and the 701s look they would be simple as pie to hit!! cant wait till the release

Thanks for the advice K - unfortunately the bag that is listed in my signature is no longer in play - my bag is much much different. A set of Golds iron may be a great option espec with a set of the roddios......I was thinking of teh chikira wedges also! I have a custom Golds Factory Putter that rocks on slow greens so I may get another onr made up like Chris' Tourspec Premium Golds. Driver shaft needs to be roddio - Long and straight. Keep the ideas coming guys Thanks

I have hit the golds which are very soft, and solid! I personally liked them however not enoughto buy a set. I have not hit the yururi but to me they LOOK as though they are more hollow in the cavity which tends to produce a less solid feel at impact, and will more than likely give a Game Improvement feel. This is based purely on the look of the cavity - just an opinion.

I too think that the Blue is awesome. especially with that white roddio shaft! wow. What is the difference between this white roddio shaft and the ones shown in the pro shop - as i cannot see a white roddio shaft in there?

These are the results that i have come up with, and what suits me and my eye and remember that my acquired taste may be totally different from what you look for! However i do strongly believe that with the smallest amount of research and reading of previous posts these results should have been apparent from a range of members!

Not a joke no - My intentions were only but good at the time i made this post - However with poor weather in ireland and a very hefty work load, which i am committed to - I have been playing no golf. From a few short sessions at the range i would list the irons in this order for overall feel / forgiveness and performance 1. Handmades 2. FCB 3. Scratch 4. Tourstage VIQ 5. G Field NC1 6. Miura 301

My viq deep has an ozik altus in it and i promise it does not miss fairways. In the feel department the 510tp is vastly superior, as the viq deep is quite hollow. But performance wise i would take the viq anyday! i found that the axiv was no where near as stable in this head, and i came to the conclusion that it was the very light head in conjunction with the feeel of the shaft. the altus really does seem to blend well here
