The face of the 701G seems titleist distance status with TS feel = GREAT combo!

I was wondering if anyone had cut or knows how cutting the R9 F1 shaft would affect performance. I'm interested in 44.75, how would you add weight and so on? Any chance TS will just sell the R9 shafts offered as an upgrade...that would be huge! Gocchin?
