Matrix TPHD vs Crazy Nero
forgot about that one and for the price its unmatchable. but u gotta be swinging really hard strong fast to get the most out of it. been thinking how good this would be in a 3 wood.

Matrix TPHD vs Crazy Nero
DEPENDS ON WHAT CRAZY i hated that tp7hd ithought it was a total imposter for $1000 BUT the f7m2 tho used for under 250 now ,thats a shaft! if u want a long tight launch light weight one the tj range is it. the crazy ls 2 is for slight draws. the crayz 50 is to keep the pill out of the trees on the left ,and i think the best feeling of all of them.. {(s**t i just had a thought what im going to reshaft that yamaha tour with!!!!!!)} errrrrrr..,sorry i digress.........., the crazy 80 is another tighter keep the left out i thinkt the diff in 50 to 80 is the 50 is a bit softer and maybe longer, def better feeling its more elastic the 80 is really glassy and taught. thats what ive found. the tp7hd just didnt feeel good at for ME and i had it in my yamaha where a railway sleeper would feel good, but it was just harsh. th DG of the carbon world IMO.. and for 1000 seriosuly????????????????????? u might wantt oconsider the bangvoo as wel, ive been hitting that a lot recently and LOVING it. dead straight no bias i can detect. and a bit cheaper, the crazy tho............... winner winner chicken dinner. my persoanl fav is the 50 sigma heavy and thumping. the noir is a draw shaft that can handle everything as welll. weight go for sigma lightness the tj antil left the 80 pure feel any 50 range staughtness the 80 ls id go the quadra proto as well before the tp the quadra proto is as good as any.

Crazy vs Ryoma
its a differnt stlye of club completetly the epon 101 is a lot more workable and a lot more feeling the ryoma is an aim and shoot . and it goes pretty darn straight most of the time. as long as ur alignmnet is right i find i hadlry ever miss where im lining up to. (which is not straight a lot of the time) i just wantot swap the shaft over in a cpl and get adiffernt feeling, i think im missing out on distance with the current set up.
-
Crazy vs Ryoma
Crazy 460 is higher spin higher launch massive square face for belting the ball ryoma has a more compact face working isnt easy as the power tail is so solid and squares the face up so well dead straight low mid flight perfect mix carry and roll both are excelkent crazy looks a lot more classy ryoma looks cheap scuffs easily but boy oh boy does it play get both!

Matrix TPHD vs Crazy Nero
ive hit 5 differnt crazys and that tp7hd thing i also have the yamaha 2011 tour head with a quadra fire express 75 xs in it that delivers a very low ball flight. the crazy ive it are the tj 46 black 80 black 80 ls 2 black 50 black 50 sigma and they are all pretty low if uwant a higher flight that fubuki is higher. roddio s7x will be another one u might like.agn i ve got this in a yamaha 10* ,sensational feeling. or the diamana stinger 70x is another one in that class. thats higher and dead straight

JDM wedge triumvirate
nice to read sir, been wondering how they have been going this golfing season, i was tempted to gt the RC, i saw one lying about recently. and i like the fact u have gone differnt stlyes. i dont think all wedges in all lofts play the same swing the same. i like my 61* cast yurui better than every ohter 60 i have ever tried, i hit it a billin times better aswell. i game that over so many other pieces of the same set. with a lot more confidence.

Utility dilemmas. which loft and combo?
horses for courses. manyfairways, many utes, ONE putter.........!

crazy 460 NEW 9.5* SQUARE
funny u should mention that........................, i took a heap of drivers out last night and sat looking at them pondering the best set ups, like al lthe shafts and all the heads. not looking for anything else. but i got the feeling looking at them all that the best set up stil awaits. im au fait with all the palying characterisitics with all of these , so getting the best set up is next step. jbeam 435 10* 0.2 jbeam 425 tour 10.5* 0.5 ryoma v spec d1 9.5* crazy 460 9.5* epon 102 8.5* 0.5 p-tune 9* s yamaha tour 9* shafts diamana stinger prototype 70x (x2) crazy tj 46 7.7 crazy 50 sigma crazy black80 noir 7.7 qaudra FEX 75 xs quadra proto 75 XS the sigma and ryoma i think would be just incredible, bec of that power tail ,adn the storng punch of the 83 gram shaft , and being draw biased , wow! LOW laucnh, super strong, and plenty of roll out. its either this combo or the stinger 70 x in it, make it just a bit more wokable. play this at 45 inch the stinger will be slightly higher and ive hit this before so thast the set up im thinking. the crazy 435 il loose the tj 46 bec its a bit light and put the sigma in it 45 inch of muscle power. exacty like the crazy factory guys said i shoud do. the epon 102 is withthe quadra proto, thast never changing the yamaha i was thinking of putting a stinger in. takig abit of that anti left bias out of it. getting it straighter. that yammy has the best feel of all heds here. the crazy 425 tour and craay 80 not touching either. the p-tune and quadra fex at 44.75 inch will be a super fairway finder , not overly long ,but really sttraigh ,esp with the weights balanced to draw bias. be great for links in oz. leaves the crazy 460 head.................. and i thnk crazy and crazy shud be a match so the rogue 'viscios horse" crazy black 80 ls (20) might find a home here. and keepng the yonex and bangvoo together for a while longer

crazy 460 NEW 9.5* SQUARE
gamed thsi sucker today, windy as hell. very tingy sound at impact. high pitch, like the on offs but a bit more solid. face frames the ball beautifully big and dead sqaure, saying smash the cover of me its a high spin head, at 9.5* the ball was launching mid BUT there was no aeroplane take off trajectory. was driving pretty well, the ones i turned over went a country mile. with little roll out. the ball held tis line in the wind very very well. the misses were a small block right but there was no slice. just a block, only mised a cpl of fairways and not by much. with the wind the ball was going very long and very straight. into it was a bit high for my likiing but bec of the shaft weight the ball gets a real good thump and the head doesnt want to contort seems like the shaft brings the head into square position very fast. had no problems, in really difficult conditions. itsa a straight to small draw biased shaft. which suits me prefectly. i think i prefer the lower spin heads, but on days when all carry is needed like rainy days this is i a beauty.

Yamaha Tour Model Irons Let's Compare!
played them today on long course 7100 yards VERY blustery conditions . as they were 1/4 inch shorter than geijin standard 5 iron 37.75 hit the ball well scored well considering the cons, putted like a goose!( and not the retief version) the irons are superb feeling , beautiful shape, solid but with a soft middle. the r 400s are a wonderful mixture of weight with forgivness. they suit these heads perfectly. today i think they were a little on the theatrical side. the wind blew themabout a bit. but hit most greens nicely. sole is medium, width, no results like my ones with the epon 302s, got them to turn over well, nad cut no problems Bogeydog, i know why u keep getting a new set of these each yr. hard to take out o fthe bag for next week,

Yamaha Tour Model Irons Let's Compare!
mate..............., i just got back from the range. i love them exactly as they are uber skinny grips, dGR400 SHAFTS i was moving them all over the place, swinging well within my self and making spectacular contact. id been saving my self for these 08s and im over the moon. they are going str8 into the bag for this weekends match uve been onto these for a while,,,,now i totally understand. epon 302 vs these.............. epon softer , these are easier to hit , AND easier to wor.k better distance control i thought first hit out the feel is legendary, just a bit more solid than the epons and a bit smaller. wow.

Yamaha Tour Model Irons Let's Compare!
u have NO idea how buoyant the used market here is its indescribale. having 4of the biggggest chains ithe country within 5 minutes ride is too much to resist. i basically have to pass 3 of them every day on my way home. if im after something in particular ill ask and they will see k if for me ususally within a week. but the specs im after, i never get, thast why................................. i have about 60 shafts sitting in my bag and no idea what to do with them all. arrows for a bow i thught was agood idea. love this place, love japan

Yamaha Tour Model Irons Let's Compare!
well.........., finally i tracked down my set of 2008 yamaha tour model irons , its taken me a eternity ,but they popped up today. ddint want the newer models , was specigiaclly after these , bec they reminded me so much of the EPON 302s the lines look terrific, the weight feels beautifully balanced ,and they have that lovely endo feel juts a littel more solid. going a totally differnt tack o nthese DG r400 in them as they stand, my clubuilder wants me to try these out b4 i swpa out shafts he says ill get a little more draw on them than normal, (which suits me!) got some hitting to do this week. cant wait.
