I never expected to get 1500 Hits on this. I am overloaded with email questions and having an absolute piss of a time with it. But I think I will take it down tomorrow and put the roll to good use elsewhere. I am glad you guys enjoyed it as I had fun doing it also. My daughter is very impressed at how juvenille I can be. I believe you just trim the butt end. It should not change the flex, but you might need to compensate the loss of 1.5 sw with a little lead tape. baimo

I have one from the othe gauge(Usa) Its a Type M1 with hosel 303 SS and it is the only Gauge USA that I will keep. It sets up similar to an anser, but feels a little more stable through the stroke and they seem a little easier to line up. When I am struggling with my putting, I usually go back to this putter. Mallets(with or without hosel) are confidence boosters to me. Bettinardi really does not have a nice mallet/hosel putter. I had the Bett M-360 prot but it did not have the weight and was not SS. And I am a bit of a Bett ho. I think Gauge Japan will get some biz with that type of putter. BTW: I also had the Gauge USA M2 w hosel pictured below. I paid 400 for it and it had no feel. I sold it 1 month later for aprox 150. I am sick of learning by my mistakes.
