I would like to add some info to this thread, first of all Frank is one of the most reliable sellers of tour equipment on this forum and he always lists them at the absolute best prices....i was with a buddy in idaho for the nationwide event and received a R7 TP and it too had a serial number beginning with "4" and no T serial !!!

this is an awesome shaft..i would compare it more to a lil bit heavier version of a 652..and it plays a bit tighter....high launch for sure but it bores pretty well ! .......this is a shaft set up for maximum carry for the 110mph and less crowd...very very smooth !

these have taper tips and the set is 2-pw ...x100....2 deg upright, std length, 8.5/10 cond.....425.00 shipped

i would like to post but my limited knowledge is basically TM tour clubs and fuji shafts......if those subjects popup, ill be glad to post.....i have heard great things about the GD shafts but there never seem to be any pullouts to try out !.....

Now thats a kewl discovery...i think ya can mail that info to TM...they do outsource some R&D work...maybe ya can serve as part of their extensive advisory staff......almost everybody has complained about the tingy noise !!!! this is the first cure that makes good scientific sense

actually the r7s are quite easy to get off the tour !!! as reflected by the prices, they are just a hair more expensive than the tp !
