I am very curious about the feel of the 302's. Are they similar with the 901?

Thanks man, how you are finding the H's at this point. Do you think there is any better iron out there than this?

You Ask We Listen! The Official RomaRo Thread!!!
E, Kinda difficult to choose to be honest, they play & feel differently. But I can't deny the fact that the Romaro H is on top because of that extra forgiveness. I don't think that I mis**t the sweet spot when we played yesterday

What's the word on this new Nippon Regio shaft?
yMark glad to hear you're getting along well with the regio and you are right this shaft is very easy to use and has that straight, tight dispersion pattern. Distance is quite impressive too especially when you get that launch angle and spin rate right for your driver. Those are the things that matters to my why I'm keeping this shaft, a performer in its own right.

RomaRo H irons and the legendary Epon Technica Pro I
I fell in LOVE too with the H's very quickly :) Even with the S200 stock shaft no problem, it performs like the Miura 1957 but a lot more forgiving and has that soft buttery feel that I like. I remember petethepilot highly recommend this iron in another thread before, I couldn't agree more best iron I have ever used!

nippon BLUE modus 3 limited any info? (pic inside)
Chris, I'd like to think that there is but can't tell if there is any apart from the color. I'm fine with the original Modus3 in Stiff flex but my club maker suggested a Reg flex because I'm hitting my irons relatively slower than my woods. Why the iron got better with the Nippon blue LE maybe this was due to the lower SW, flex, and weight.

nippon BLUE modus 3 limited any info? (pic inside)
I have the Nippon modus3 blue limited edition (LE) + Regio formula. I guess they are being sold as a combo?? The blue LE that I have is 111g Reg flex - installed this in my 2012 Yamaha Tour iron and love them. It makes the Yammy more playable and easier to hit now than when it had the original shaft modus3 Red in Stiff flex. The config changes were the shaft weight and flex, and the Swing Weight (SW). modus3 blue LE - Reg 111g, SW D2 modus3 red - 115g Stiff, SW D4 I think the blue is cooler and the red color is hotter - go figure what appeals you most :)

Monster 3 woods for 2013?? So many champion drivers, what about woods?
Nothing beats the Ryoma F3 in terms of performance, forgiveness, and maybe distance - Its a point and shoot fairway wood for me. I really like the shape at address, the bigger head for me truly gives that confidence. With regards to the feel & sound I guess its not that bad although I prefer the Ping G10 in that aspect. However, performance is more paramount than anything else for me. I have an egg spoon 2nd Gen too and I know lots of people love them - but I figured this club doesn't suit me.

High Launching Shaft recommendation?
Wow that was quick - would love to hear your feedback soon Mark! My 513 proto still sitting here, I'm quite happy with my setup at the moment so we'll see. I'll probably do my comparo after the new year holiday. Thanks for the specs of the type55 that's good to know.

Ryoma Special Tuning Shaft Choice
Tough call to choose flex in the 65 range. We can either go R for more feel or S for more control. But in the 55 range S is perfect for me or a bit more.

Ryoma Special Tuning Shaft Choice
94mph at the moment, but still recovering, 98mph before injury. I can't find the butt end cpm for type55/S but I do have the specs for type65/S and some other brands for comparison purposes. Number Manufacturer's name Name of shaft Specification Weight Torque CPM 1 Graphite design Tour AD BB series 6S 65.0 3.2 262 2 Crazy shafts Royal Decoration S 49.0 4.8 240 3 Japan shaft Regio formula 65S 66.0 2.9 258 4 Mitsubishi Rayon Diamana X 60S 63.0 2.8 267

Ryoma Special Tuning Shaft Choice
Mine is fitted with N.S.Pro Regio formula Type55/S. I love it very easy to swing, fairway finder consistent and stable off the tee, it gives me nice trajectory since the optimum launch angle and spin rate are spot on for my current ball speed, this equates to hitting my potential maximum distance. There's a bit of discussion about this in the other thread. http://forum.tourspecgolf.com/topic/33579-high-launching-shaft-recommendation/

High Launching Shaft recommendation?
I've been thinking that too would love to see the difference. The 513 and Regio formula are of different profile characteristics. I might include the Regio formula Type65 range but still debating which flex to go + my swing speed is not yet up to my normal level - I'm still recovering. There's not much info about this shaft here so for those interested, below are specs I pick up from Japan Golf Digest for Regio formula Type65/S they are as follows: CPM = 258 proper driver head speed = 42 to 46 m/s (it seems to cover wide range of swing speed) The cpm for type65/S is lower compared to the Diamana X 60S which is 267 or GD Tour AD BB 6S which is 262. You would see a Stiff flex in one brand is not the same with others.
