  1. Dont think the sheep is that bad ... but a TSG stamp would ROCK!
  2. Saw these @ Daimaru in Tokyo. Really realy nice stuff ... the wedges look good and feel well balance! The MB irons are also gourgeous! if i didnt have 2 sets of Crazy i will certainly bring one set bck home... very exclusive in my humble opinion Didnt have the chance to try these... I bought the flying.cat driver so i didnt bid on the Buchi driver; but it also looks like a performer. On another picture; the FusoDream bag ... quite cute. Great that we will have the option to buy them here.
  3. I palyed the TJ80 on my old Ryoma (Premia 9.5) ... and playing Crazy Black Tour 65 La Bomba Flex S (D2.5/262/310g) on the new Maxima (G / 10.5). Very different beasts... I am not the technical/expert guy to put down in words but the TJ as mentioned was VERY stiff and felt heavier; I wouldnt say it was difficult to hit, but it demanded a bit more aggressive swing. The one playing now feels lighter and easier... for me I feel having to put a big more "hand" on my swing (difficult to explain). I am enjoying it as I wanted something easier to keep in the bag as my back has been injured before... Also mentioned in this post, I do have a "House of Forged" Jamie Sadlowski model X-Stiff on a Krank Golf Rage (old model 9 degrees); and this is more "rough / muscle" shaft; exteremely difficult to hit (of course, when you get it bombs the ball really far...)... I think this one is not "refined" enough for a Ryoma, I would stick with a Crazy that fits your swing better and will give you a better feel on the new Ryoma.
  4. Sorry I ve been behind with posts and reviews (received my Flying Cat earlier this week and still about to shaft it). Anyway, back to Ryoma, I endorse every little thing Tario wrote in this amazing post. I ve got a Type G and was yesterday at the range .... it is straight and it is far ... better feel than the previou Ryoma I had. Pics will follow soon.
  5. Rock & Roll Just back from Japan and ... I couldnt resist/wait ... I ve got one for me,,, will post review after I test it later this week. I can say that in most of the shops around Tokyo you could not find the Stiff and the 9.5... SOLD OUT! Heard from some of the sales people it is becoming one of the best selling products this season. Cheers, M.
  6. What is the tag price ... I will be in Tokyo on Tuesday eve
  7. Hi Tario, I am going for it. PM Sent. Thanks, Mauricio
  8. Any pictures with the tip of the shafts? Thanks
  9. Bringing the topic up. I would appreciate if our friends in Tokyo could suggest a shop that sells the "Flying Cat" decided to buy it next week while I am in TOkyo. Thank you so much fo rthe help. M.
  10. Any guess where I could possibly find the Flying Cat? Thanks, M.

Thank you so much Allsusu, very much appreciated!!! Any other must see places for Golf stuff Cheers, M
  12. As per website ... (and my poor english) 24/04 is the launching date?! Or open orders date?! http://www.ryomagolf.co.jp/products/maxima/typeD.html
  13. As I am going to Tokyo (placed in another topic); last time I was there I tried very hard to find these: FlyingCat: http://www.forebes.co.jp/FlyingCat.html Nexgen: http://www.gp-nexgen.jp/ These brands are quite popular among the longest drivers circuit in Japan; not even sure if these are conforming. Besides my Ryoma in the bag I also bring sometimes a fun driver (Rage 9 degress with a Jamie Sadlowski shaft). I was thinking of building a JDM long driver for fun with these... Any additional information or where I could potentially find these in Japan?! Tokyo based friends, I would appreciate directions. Last time I tried a shop in Shinjuku and a very small fitter in Harajuku but they (as per my poor nihongo understanding) didnt carry the brand for long... Thanks M.

I will be in TOkyo from 8~12th May ... It would be great oto have some addresses. I may try a visit to Crazy Factory! In Shimbashi (where I usually stay); I know only 2 Golf shops near to the Don Quijote ドン・キホーテ (next to Mitsui Garden Hotel); but in my humble opinion these 2 shops are not that great... There is a good Golf shop in one of the exits of the Shinjuku MTR (I know how to get there but not sure how to give directions); I also like the Shop in the top floor of the Yodobashi Camera shop in Akihabara,,, Places that I also visit for clothes: Dance with the Dragon shop, Russeluno (inside Isetan Shinjuku) and TMT Classic (somewhere difficult to get). Usually also buy the Even Magazine to see the latest trends; this time I am planning to visit the Rough & Swell shop too. Any other directions or ideas is pretty much appreciated. Thanks M.

Hi GUys, Just wondering what is the shaft in his putter. Is there a JDM long shaft for putters? Thanks M.

  17. If I may ask ... How do these grips feel like?
  18. no disagreement with CRAZY ... pelase please please hahahahaha I m a big supporter of TSG, so that is what I follow and believe!
  19. Great to learn more about Sensei! I ve got a pair of wedges recently and tell you; it is really something else, way superior then the toyoshimas, the balance and precision of the clubs really worth every dollar!
  20. Question ... Is Tourstage the biggest brand (market share for clubs in Japan)?
  21. It would be very cool to have a post on New Brands (both apparel and or clubs). Have seen many cool stuff from Surf & Turf (http://stp72.com/) and Russeluno. Not sure if these smaller brands go to the show, but whatever is new should deserve a coverage. And please .... many many many pics of the girls kkkkkkkk

Also not my cup of tea... i m still crazy abt my crazy set. But very curious on knowing who is producing them and how sales will look like. I have been a long time fan of DWD gear/clothing but in the last year or so seems that the brand has lost its focus and latest collections not so cool as the earlier ones. I now have Russeluno and TMT Classic as my favorites.

Just surfing the DWD website and found out that they have launched an iron set. As my nihongo is pretty poor; it would be good to have more. Is TSG carrying these too?!

Havent have the chance/pleasure to try the Epon and the Yamaha ... but when I was chosing I exchanged some messages with Tario and he said they would be similar in feel and quality (personals and tours). Indeed a good question, can someone tell us how they actually differentiate from each other?!
