3 weeks wind busting irons.
Great stuff bud! Surprised to hear you talk about C-Tapers in a positive light. I might have to build a Masda/120x set up if it's as low as you say. I feel like you meant that moon ball comment for me. ;)

Thinking about selling all my irons (6 sets) and getting the Kuros... Have the 2011 Onoff Forged. Comparison's needed.
Stew's right, you gotta look at the iD-BLs. As much as I don't like to admit it, the iD-BLs are even better than my 302s. Softer, straighter, and possibly even more forgiving...all with less offset. Hmm...maybe I should get these coppered!

Softest stickiest grips???

Best feeling Epon clubs ever...
Copper 302s with Recoil Protos gets my vote. But only barely beating out P2/Modus 120s, then trailing are the P1s, followed by the AF-Tours.

Softest stickiest grips???
I play gloveless with an old hand injury so cushioning is critical...and they need to work in humid sweaty conditions. So soft and sticky is a must with midsize being a bonus. Ready...go!

Word from Nippon on Modus System 125
For me the 125s definitely are the lowest of the Modus3 line up. But like I mentioned, Nippon claims the 120s can be lower or higher than the 125s depending on the player or iron. It's certainly weird that they have such a broad classification of the 120...

Word from Nippon on Modus System 125
Yep, the SPBs are (were) their only low/low offering. Even Nippon can't decide if their new 120s are low or mid launch and just claim they could be either depending on the player and the head. What the hell! Lol

Word from Nippon on Modus System 125
125s are closest imho to the SPBs and the SPBs may have had similar performance characteristics to the C-Taper (even though they felt worlds different)...but nothing is quite like C-Tapers, especially from Nippon.

Miura KM-008 Putter.. KM-350 replacement?
I played both the Zen and KM-350 and the Zen easily won out for me. For the price, the KM-350 is the best feeling putter I've ever tried. It's unique and of very good quality. In the end it just doesn't set up well for me and I didn't want to try to chase loft and lie settings to make it right. The Zen set up perfectly and while being a more traditional design is still far more unique in every way. I can't say the feel was any more pleasant than the Miura but the feedback was light years better. Anyways, that's my take...

I present to you: Masda L shaped putter!
The black may not be a truly raw finish. When I played with Stew's Masda in Japan there wasn't a spot of rust on it...and if it's going to rust, that certainly would be the climate for it. I say go for it and later if it does rust, then worry about getting a plating put on. But for now, I'd suggest you try it as is because any plating will alter the feel and you should definitely feel this putter as Masda intended it before you do anything.

I present to you: Masda L shaped putter!
I wasn't even looking for a putter and hadn't wanted anything since the Zen came out. I played the Masda for a round while I was in Japan and immediately knew I had to have one.

I present to you: Masda L shaped putter!
I have the Studio 1 with the black/raw finish and it's quite impressive. I hate plumbers necks and I still couldn't resist getting a Masda of my own after trying it. Many putters require deep milling to give them that soft pure feel but Masda achieves that feel with minimal face milling. The quality is there.

Uh-oh...look where I stumbled in to!
Kamui Works Ray is hands down the best feeling head I've EVER played and as long as anything. If I hadn't started posting scores I'd never have let it go. And absolutely beautiful to boot...
