well the TJ46 i bought from you was not a marriage made in heaven with razr fit extreme head but brilliant in xhot head. glad i tried another head. what a difference. ironically, my clubfitter was telling me he thought he legacy was one of the best looking set up heads around! i have heard great report about TM Gloire reserve so have one comine wiht stock SR shaft. have another shaft working in the xhot too so the TJ46 might head that way. yonex/quadra wbq and crazy/roddio also in the bag. love them all all!! might game the TJ 46 tomorrow.

Art, what is the latest on these. Have in mind to build a set w graphite shafts.

I'll share my experience for what it's worth. I have a TJ46 in 6.7 - thought it was borderline too stiff for me. tried it one head and hated it. Zero consistency. Cr*p ball flight. very unhappy with it. Thought a real waste of money. Plugged it into another head and bingo - really made the shaft sing and I love it. I switched between Cally heads of the same loft for what its worth. I know there might be general "reluctance" amongst purests to go for interchangeable shaft/head like most big manufacturers offer these days but it can help to resolve problems that we (sometimes wrongly) perceive to be all shaft. I hear the JP TM Gloire is great. just my 2 cents.

Currently playing and enjoying NS 950GH in stiff. looking to have a back up set/set to play as i age. any ideas for good steel or graphite shaft options please.

decided to keep. got it in the right head and it working well.

Loking for driver head in 11 or higher loft

Looking for Cally 10.5 fit system head. Have some nice JDM trades. Prob too early for the new big Bertha but you never know...

I am sure I am not alone in thinking a change of equipment will cure ills with swing….invested some serious effort with this driver today, played around with swing path and tempo... and had great success…so going back in the bag an interesting swing thought/reminder….just hit the sweet spot…don't hit it hard, just hit the sweet spot.
