It's not very useful.It happens to focus on traditional dogma that the wrists ony work up and down. In actuality, if you want to be a hacker, cocking the wrists only up and down will make sure you are a hacker. So are you saying that my left wrist should be hinging side to side rather then up and down? If so i dont think you have any clue what you are talking about. Also, since Nick Price was using it at this years US Open he must be a "hacker"?
