  1. Looks like there's a lot of beef down low in these. I bet they are fairly high launchers and pretty forgiving. I'd hit it.
  2. There's always 2 sides to a story...... I don't believe that there is any intent of wrongdoing on here by kenepon153.
  3. Man, I'm sorry I missed this. It is gorgeous!

Never met him, but what I have heard, Mike is a class act who actually stands behind his product. I have 2 Piretti's, and love them!
  5. If I could hit a 6 iron 250, I wouldn't need the other half of my bag. It'd sure lighten things up. I do good to hit my 3w that far and straight.
  6. Can't attest to the 302s, but I have my 2013 Onoffs shafted with the Recoil prototypes, and next Tuesday, I'm getting my new Onoff Kuros shafted with the same thing...they just work for me, but like mentioned above, may not be the right ones for your swing. Hope you find something that works for you soon.
  7. Finally broke down and bought a set. Getting them shafted up next week with UST Recoils. Can't wait!
  8. You lucky dog! We did the Maui trip a couple years ago, and I definitely have good memories of the Plantation Course. Did you guys eat dinner at their restaurant by chance? It was really really good. A trip to remember by any measurement!

I can't believe no one has even mentioned a Yamaha Inpres X yet. I think mine is the 2012 model, not 100% sure. One of the best I've ever hit, and I've also hit a bunch of them.
  10. Let's resurrect this thread and get some real time updates. I'd love to hear specifically on different shaft options and how these clubs are responding after a few months of gaming. Lt's hear your thoughts!
  11. Man that dark finish is sexy! How would you compare these to the Onoff 2013s?
  12. +3 Something about the Yamaha FWs that are just easy. Easy on the eyes, easy to swing, and easy to hit long and straight.
  13. I'm 99% sure UST makes their own stuff.

It seems to me that the character assassination was self-inflicted. Obviously you handled the club to prepare it for shipment. When I ship a club out, I know my reputation is riding on the entire transaction. It's my responsibility to insure the club I sell is exactly what I represented it to be when I advertised it for sale. Nobody else's, mine alone. I expect the same from folks I buy from. I don't think that's too much to ask...especially if I'm shipping an item overseas. Best of luck getting this resolved peacefully.
  15. If you've found something that works for you (Onoff), why are you still looking? I'd stop why you're still ahead, lest you turn into a club ho like the rest of us!
  16. Eagerly awaiting the first playing review! My 2013s are starting to show their age.

Wow! Those are very nice C. I may have to look around and see what I have to trade.
  18. Yep. Agreed. Keeps the rest of the nonsense to a minimum.
  19. I've had my set for 2-3 weeks now, but unfortunately, I haven't even been able to hit them. Screwed up my back (disc) and everytime I swing a golf club, one of my ribs becomes dislocated and extremely painful. With continued treatment, I hope to be able to do a decent comparison between these (with Roddio I-9's), and my current 2013 Forged set with Recoils. This waiting is killing me!
  20. Any updates on these?
  21. Great set, playing these now and for the last year. Trying to talk myself into getting these for a backup set.
