If you want distance and forgiveness just get a ryoma maxima. I've been through over ten drivers and the maxima was the most forgiving but and it had the most soft and springy feel. That was not the feel I like from a driver, I prefer a more lively feel with feedback. I swing my driver around 115-120 when I'm practicing at the range and when I take different drivers out to the course they all go about the same distance if struck in the center. The first hole on my home course is a down wind par 4 from the golds measures approximately 393 yards but it is a slight right bend so if you cut over the pine trees you probably play the hole as a 370 yard hole. I live in Hawaii so when the trade winds pick up it can be pretty gusty. Here are the longest results from each driver I've hit on this hole, I believe the variance is only from the strength of the wind on the particular day. Kamui Air (9.5)- Crazy Noir LS 8.2 (45 inches), I ended up on the apron of the green and putt for my second shot Epon AF-103(9.5)- Diamana Stinger (44.5 inches), same result as Kamui Air Ryoma Maxima (9.5) - Crazy Boron (45) , 20 yards from center of green, maybe 10 yards from the apron JBeam Black (10) - 7 Dreamers (45), 40 yards from center of green. However I was in the rough. This is my newest driver so I haven't had much play time with this. I have to add though the shaft does feel amazing, it is very lively but swings silky smooth. Crazy Crz-450 (10.5) - Crazy Noir W 7.7 (45), same distance as the Jbeam Black. I've also tried the epon zero, s yard 388, yamaha rmx 2015 tourmodel, yamaha v202 tour, modart D, taylormade r1, nike covert tour, ping g25. I have to say I also hit a 360 yard drive with a nike covert/quadra max wbq and hit over 300 yards with my girlfriends g25 with stock regular shaft so if you want distance only US drivers are just as long. The difference of feel for each driver is different, with a Kamui you feel like you fired a rocket launcher, the epon and ryoma feel like pistols with a silencer attached to them. The jbeam and crazy with dat 55 face don't make you hit any farther from my observations, and the most important thing I want from a driver is just to be able to hit the ball straight. In the end get a head that you like the look and feel of most because that matters more than what anyone else tells you.

Hi all I just got back from the range comparing my jbeam 435 black 10 degree shafted with a seven dreamers distance model to my normal kamui km 200 9.5 loft conforming model with a crazy cb80 noir 8.2. Both drivers felt really good when flushed however I felt the kamui actually felt more explosive and had higher trajectory. I normally swing in the 117mph range and hit my drivers pretty high but with the j beam my best shots would only be considered mid launch. I will take the driver on the course today and see where I end up after a good drive in comparison to my normal gamer. So far I like the j beam but maybe I just need a few more rounds to fall in love with it. On a side note I was wondering if anyone checked the numbers on the bottom of their seven dreamers shaft to see if the numbers have a letter at the end. Mine has a "s" and was wondering if this stood for the standard model because I ordered the distance model. Thanks in advance if anyone knows.

It has a few small paint chips but are not noticeable at address unless you tee up the ball on the right side of your body when hitting your drives. It comes with the original headcover which was not used and the heavy version of the weight kit for the driver. The driver head weight is 199.5g. $400 ADDED: Epon Zen Brand new in box, nothing needs to be said. $900 ADDED: Crazy Boron X Flex, brand new uncut. $350. ADDED: Yamaha V202 Tourmodel 9 degrees, head weight 200g. This club is older and the headcover is in poor shape but the head is still very clean with no skymarks and face is nice. $125 ADDED: Tourstage X-FW 13.5 degrees. Second owner but head is in great shape was used for 1 round by me, shafted up with AD MT 7X plays to 42.5 inches. Everything else about the shaft is great, it is 44'' raw and played at 45'' in my Zero. $450 The Diamana X 60s i has a raw length of 43'' and I used it in my 3 wood, this shaft is in great shape. $200 The Crazy Boron SX has a raw length of 43" as well and was used in a 3 wood. The shaft has some dirty marks I never had time to clean off otherwise the shaft is great. $200 The Graphite Design AD DI 6s has a titleist fairway adapter on it and has a length of 41.75''. It does have some paint scraped off near the tip and doesn't look good but for those who don't mind it is a great deal. $75 The Matrix Program 130 S wedge shaft is 34.5'' and I believe has a 0.375 tip but is in great shape. $25
