360-365g @ 34.5" is the perfect setup for me. heavier grip for some counterbalance effect also helps smooth everything out.

Ash, I can tell a lot of thought went into putting these two bags together, great selections! How's that Golds-tuned Zen?? do those sole weights ever disrupt your putt from some unwanted turf interaction? do they make the head feel heavier or just more balanced (the head is pretty heavy as it is stock)? did you go with a heavier shaft and grip too? trying to figure out how to balance the weight out in my zen more for a more smooth stroke with it, seems too head heavy so thinking a heavier shaft/grip might help counterbalance it a bit more.

Drink coffee all the time, and like Vega said, when I'm caffeine-starved, I'm no snub-nose to any cup 'o joe. That being said, love me a good capp and latte, but not sure I'd spend this kind of dough to have it in-house. It's like a pool, the best one is your neighbors?? ;) I have the Nespresso and completely agree about it being a rip off for not-so-good coffee, just good branding/packaging/marketing. Hardly use it for myself, but pull it out when guests are over so they can easily fix themselves a "fancy" coffee. Like the idea of subscription service, and love me some Blue Bottle...may have to try, thx for the rec! :)

perfect shape indeed, really kinda miss looking at it at address, and the sound is certainly intoxicating. don't miss those spinny block/slice's you describe tho, absolutely killed my confidence most times. I had a Stinger in mine that did not give it a super high launch, even tho I'm a highball hitter, so I could recommend that as a try. PM me if so, I've got one available.

Have to agree with this assessment of the fulfillment with blades. So much of the game is mental that the validation of a great shot, not to mention that pure feel of a centered blade, rewards one with the sense of confidence, and it starts to build throughout the round with every shot. I've been gaming my Flatbacks lately because of this very reason.

all my misses when I had the first Zero were right, not all slices but lots of unfavorable blocks, but then you get the one that keeps it in the bag for awhile longer...long straight penetrating missile that flies forever and runs for days, accompanied by the sweetest sound as it rockets off the face. C, does the new one sound/feel like the original?
