Hi all, I have been searching high and low but struggling to find definitive answers on what is the hosel size for this model... Many conflicting info all over google... Yamaha's own catalogue does not contain this information either... The only real option left for me is to remove the shaft on one of my irons to measure the damn thing... Any help? Thinking of switching over from Modus120 to either Steelfiber i95 or OTi 95..... Regards, Dave

Interesting... I have the Ahina in my Driver, 3W & 5W, which has been working well for me.. Wondering how this compares.. As D said, the lineup is extremely confusing... Want to try their other options but don't know where to start..

Any specs available like head weight and lie/loft? Could do with a very small seven logo on the toe end surface where it would not be noticeable at address or when oogling at this? Or high on the neck like the Zen? Would still want this to be identifiable..

I think you may have to look towards USDM Utility/Hybrid Clubs (Nike, Adams, etc)? Unless you can consider the PRGR 2015 Super Egg Irons? But difficult if looking for single clubs..

Mate.. I bought/tried Epon 301 and compared it with my yammy but didn't take long for me to get rid of the Epon.. I just need to decide which (older) year/model yammy to try and serve as a back-up when I'm going for holiday or back in Singapore.. The older ones seems to be quite decently priced..

haha.. that is indeed quite a large number.. Every time I look at other brands, I end up veering back to older Yamahas.. I read somewhere that after 2012 or something, the yammies are no longer endo-forged.. Is that true? So which year/model are your fav out of all that you have tried..

So I have been hunting for a spare Iron Set for quite a while now.. But with such a huge selection from JDM, this has been a frustrating hunt.. However having played my current Yammy (2014 Inpres RMX Tour CB) for a fair bit now, been enjoying it so far.. So was thinking of getting an older yammy set to try out.. There's been quite a fair bit of discussions surrounding Yamaha's irons but information is sporadic and spread out.. So would like some opinions on which Yamaha Models/Year have you played and liked the most out of the rather large selection from Yamaha across the years..

Seems like a bit of semblance of the 388 looking down (small top down pic from google) Definitely looking forward to more information on this.. I do like the shallower smaller head type but no guts to try the A-Grind classic driver..
