Howdy y’all. Maybe 4 or 5 years ago, the Maruman Shuttle was so easy to hit and launch super high. Then they sort of changed the newer versions and they don’t seem quite the same. so my question is….for moderate swing speed, what’s the easiest fairway wood to launch right now? I’ve owned every US brand and a handful of JDM. Just curious on your experiences. thanks!!

I need a 52-53 and 58-59 that really spin the ball on short and half shots. Who has some suggestions? I don’t need them with conforming grooves as I am just a weekend hacker. Thanks!

I fit the mold of what your mate is looking for. XXIO driver and fairways are really easy and forgiving. Hybrids are good. I would put XXIO above Ping or any other club for forgiveness. Not the longest but really easy to hit. Their shafts are like noodles so go up a flex or two Maruman Shuttle is very easy for fairways and hybrids. I have the XXiO X irons which are very good but they are very big. I have the Yamaha UD+2 irons which are very good. And I had the Titleist Type D irons which I did not like. They are oversized but I didn’t think they were easy to hit. I’m 45 with a driver swing speed of 90 and a handicap of 5. I’ve not hit the Honma irons so I can not comment.

Perfect condition. Just not enough launch for me. Tour AD 5S shaft that I lengthened about an inch. Easy to take out or cut off so I will include another new grip. Does include the new model headcover as well $600 shipped in US. Only trade interests would be JDM drivers with a minimum of 11.5*. Please don't tell me "this 10* head launches really high. :)" thanks

Picked these up recently cuz they looked so good but they aren't for me. 5-PW. PW pictures below. OnOff Smooth Kick shafts in SR flex. Standard L/L/L. Excellent condition. They have a half a dozen rounds on them. Nothing ugly. $450 shipped in the lower 48. Not really interested in trades, but I am a ho. So maybe. Not going to split heads and shafts. At this price, throw the shafts away if they aren't right for you.
