Indeed the shafts in these are not the norm and pricey. I can get lie angles adjusted to std no issues. I think not many have messed with program f15 shafts and IMO they are missing out. Fantastic feel and performance.

the same could be said for steel...the right steel can FEEL like graphite with more consistent dispersion true. All comes to fitting and preference. My wrists thank me with graphite though

Without a doubt graphite. Steelfiber in my baby blades and matrix f15 in z945. The right graphite shaft beats steel any day IMO

I've hit some of my longest drives with the maxima and also some of the most offline ones as well lol. Currently paired with fuji pro ts 73x. It's by far the longest I've hit so far.
