Last night while fishing for Channel cats, a nice burst of northern lights appeared. It was beautiful with different shades of green, blue, red, orange coming through. I guess there must've been a pretty good solar flare. Anyway, we saw a satellite coming towards the lights. It was travelling at a pretty good clip, but on a straight path. As soon as it got close to the lights, it started to wobble a bit. Within seconds it was moving sideways and was obvoiusly being slowed down by the plasma. I have never seen a satellite travelling so fast become so agitated like this before. I don't know the exact reasons why the satellite was affected this way. It might have been decommissioned, or wasn't properly turned into the way of the plasma. We saw others that orbited behind it and they all appeared to be VERY faint, as if they were turned to use their protective shields. Anyways, this is something I have never seen. I would compare it to a car sliding on ice, then getting traction, only to be on ice again. Incredible sight. Oh yeah, also managed to catch a master angler channel! God Bless Jer

Closed face? Are you serious? I have seen several slightly closed in the 10.5 loft, but that is it. Mine is 9.5 and sits dead square. If it is becoming a big issue, find a tour issue comp and sell your current one. Think of it as putting a new processor in your laptop, lol. God Bless Jer

Interesting. Thanks for the review Jaybit. I recently took the plunge into high end shafts w/ the PM 902. Wow. I have had a nice little increase in distance as well. The axiv line of shafts are very tightly manufactured. Prolly the next shaft in line to try :money: God Bless Jer

Either the Hogan CFT :love: or Cally Heavenwood :love: . They are both reasonably priced, and have very good playability characteristics. If you go with the CFT's you can prolly pick up 2 different lofts for the price of one MD. God Bless Jer

I have hit the T60 and the NDS enough now to see that they are the real deal. Very hot trajectory, and no ballooning. The lower lofted T60 retail versions usually come square, but with Tour Issue, you can find them .5-1* open :cool: God Bless Jer

Actually, that is what I am doing with my SHIII. The plan is to shim to square, or slightly open in order to get a more elevated ball flight and to prevent me from going left. The shim only costs in the $3-5 range I believe, but I think if you go to a clubfitter, it should be $15 installed or so. God Bless Jer

They are really nice. I compared them to Cleveland 900, CG10's, and the new Srixon Gunmetal wedges. IMO, Cleveland is still # 1, followed very closely by Srixon, and then the SV wedges. Granted I haven't played the new SM from Titty, but I would take the SV over most of last years offerings from major OEM's. God Bless Jer
