Any paint color possible, think Gold's Factory so even translucent or gradient. Keep in mind there isn't much stamping on the irons or wedges to fill but my personal favorite is translucent purple on satin heads because during certain angles usually in the afternoon or early AM it looks so cool.

They are not doing so well in Japan from what I hear and definitely not as hot as they were in the past in the states either. outside of that no clue as Japan has lots of high end choices they can pick from.

I was able to compare the OT95 Stiff with the MCI100 Stiff and to me the OT felt better yet softer and higher launching. The MCI felt a bit more boardy yet it flew lower, had a tighter dispersion, and more distance. I think the OT would be good for the NS850/950 or Zelos player and a solid choice for someone looking for high, light, easy with pretty good accuracy where as the MCI player may be the player moving from heavier to lighter coming down from a heavier shaft. For me both are not the easiest to get used to as I'm coming from Modus 125, I think MCI 110/120 would feel better for me than the 100 as too light a shaft just feels different, un safe or like when I go after it the problems are more likely vs a heavier shaft. But of all the graphite or graphite/composite shafts I like MCI The most. If Mitsubishi makes heavier OTs I think they could be a game changer.

A-Grind is totally different, can't compare the two. A-Grind is really like a players RC wood. The Glorious FW has another contender, the new upcoming RomaRo Alpha which is another high launch low spin wood, not as round either but one to go head to head with. In the end knowing Jbeam woods I think the Glorious should come out on top.

Even the smallest factors in putting cause a change. You may not see it because you don't know what to look for or your not getting fit properly. 1-2 grams changes your stroke on camera the degree of toe drop changes your result the weight changes your stroke causing you to loop or not loop and all that is outside of roll. So there are many changes but the question is will you notice them.

Indeed coldest time of year, Ideally for weather skipping the golf show for warmer months is waaay better. I think 8 people is the best amount to have a good time.

I feel like some of us need to take a field trip as a group. 1k - ticket 1k - for rounds of golf 1k for food and hotel Day 1: Golf Show + Dinner & Bar Day 2: Golf at Gotemba + Dinner & Bar Day 3: TSG Demo day at Famous Range + Dinner & Bar Day 4: Golf somewhere else in Japan + Dinner & Bar Day 5: 7D, GF, arrange something special I think that would be a blast and by the time jet lag fully kicks your ass your on way back home.

This ones pretty funky, they make a normal version and a T.S version, the normal version is very rounded with some goose, this one looks pretty amazing in the bunker, they hide it's funk pretty well from address.

This one is just about the size of the ball, just a little longer heel to toe but not taller.

Smaller than the Ryoma for sure but they both have that rounded look imo.

Not yet, I just got back but I figure it's like how MB's help "some" CB players focus more and get better at center strikes. They also have another training aid coming called the A-Corn, not joking :)

haha thats the #1 question asked by foreigners. Mostly allergies, sometimes pollution, rarely germs. In winter there is a bad red cedar problem, it hits me hard also so I actually wear a mask on those days myself.

Ako-san of A-Grind has many designs under his belt with his clubs being used in countless events on all tours and that includes Majors. What some don't know he has designed training aids that have sold hundreds of thousands of pieces and has released a specialty training aid for the player who wants to improve their ball striking. Tiny for sure, it's basically a mini forged blade just a little bigger than the ball.

What do you guys think about this RC-F?

Go ahead stew post away :) I'm a little backed up at the moment but got some fresh goodies coming today for you guys. I didn't care or really see anything at the show that was special, A-Grind imo was great, 7D was there, New RomaRo gear, Titleist JDM, but other than that not much that had substance too it. We got a lot of great content coming but it's from our meetings after the show not at the show.

They won't answer any of this, we basically asked what head has the best performance of all tested the engineer quickly said Jbeam 535 and 435 without hesitation and of course I pressed on what about second best and then they declined to answer and said we only focus on our shaft quality. Shingo Katayama was there, he has been going to 7D at least a couple times a week for a few months and is practicing very hard this year in hopes to raise in rankings to represent Japan in the Rio Olympics Golf.

It's not a question they appeared to want to answer but it wasn't what head works with 7D shafts well, it was what head have they found to have the best performance. Of those brands you mentioned yes although there are some smaller brands or models I'm sure they don't have. They also buy almost every high end shaft in Japan to do testing and add it to their collection of info. Right now 7D is building a web portal 7D customers to login and see their fitting data, notes, and compare their gains and performance against others with similar information, very expensive undertaking that I got to catch a glimpse of. As for new products iron and hybrid shafts in the future, they already have driver and FW. Also small but something is for the 7D shafts soon you can select a small color band on the shaft like the image below:

None on these, CNC'd requires programming to change the design or even stamping. TSG can do finish and paint fill and hand stamp but not sure how it would look on these heads, I have a demo club back home I can send, I think in Satin with less paint fill it may look pretty cool. For custom the route to go is the Suda-Grinds, a few days ago we ordered Suda-san's version of the K, F, and M grinds so excited to see how that goes and will post when we get them ( 2 months maybe ) I'll get into how his grinding is different in a later post but to give you an idea it takes 4 days for him to grind 1 set of MB's, then it has to be stamped then finished.

I went with Jbeam ZY-11, Jbeam Black Out 435, Honma 455S, and Glorious 3 Wood. Hows this one... when we asked the top engineer what is the best performing brand driver in their collection of results he said Jbeam 535 and 435! I let the head engineer decide my options for me.
