  1. And do email me if you need a good price. I hope to get feedback on this one soon.
  2. Sorry what was your question? Handmade makes perfect sense for anyone who doesn't want to tie up money into buying thousands of sets. It allows brands to make low quantities and adjustments more frequently and in the end it allows them to offer a more complete selection within a brand. Limited Edition doesn't have to be more expensive or less or prized. It's circumstantial. Specs and tolerance in general is much better when it comes to handmade, because someone who cared made it.
  3. It's just another flavor 460cc's, adjustable, with weight in 2 finish options normal (red) or black (black). Bridgestone is highlighting 2 techs we haven't seen them stand behind before, Power Slit which are slits near the top line crown this makes the face flex back and pop forward at impact. There is also the Power Rib which is like the slits and the same face milling on the J715's for reduced spin. 8.5/9.5/10.5 lofts 45.5" standard playing length, in Japan upgrade shaft options, Diamana R60, MJ-6/7, Kuro Kage XT60, Fubuki AT60 Stock shaft is 57g in stiff flex 4.9tq. This club can be used by high cappers and professionals depending on the setup.
  4. This is a really really good driver, I had to change the shaft out from Shinari 60S to a tipped Touale S at 46" so it can fade a little less for me. Roddio S-6 has been the most popular as it's an option but overall the labo shafts perform true to flex with many options. I'd love for a full day comparing the labo's vs the roddio's.
  5. He trained under Okamura-san at Kyoei for about a week. I'm interested to see what he brings to the table as James has a very unique grind style hopefully something new at the show comes out.
  6. For mass produced there isn't anything I would consider grinding, the removal of a small line that the press created needs to be smoothed but thats a job for anyone, hand made the entire shape, grind, thicknesses, CG location, bounce, loft, lie, head weight it's all up to the person grinding it. I'm all for both, the perfection of mass produced is something to value, but the look, shape, uniqueness and skill of hand grind is appealing as well.
  7. Both millings you can't go wrong with. Just an idea, try a shallow depth next gen PZ w/ black teflon and a nice paint theme. Teflon black is very durable and very black and nice looking overall so paint fill really stands out against it.
  8. I sure can, the RB247G is not as soft, it's a bit bigger, it's longer and more forgiving, RB has more offset. The two look and play very different.
  9. Honma makes their own, they are big on rolling graphite they also have the 8-weave which is unreal. Their 4-5 star shafts are beyond what's available other than 7D and provided the shaft fits the player.
  10. Updated the title in the pro shop sorry about that :)
  11. For sure not low, it had a Repulsion kick ST105 that is somewhat a firm steel shaft. I would call it almost high and maybe with say Modus125 it could be mid/high These are excellent irons though, onoff has evolved these into something special.
  12. Pics here - Full run down in the blog:
  13. Guys they are already sold. I'm working on getting as many more as possible.
  14. No they won't but the new Bridgestone clubs will be in lefty soon.
  15. Yup that first pic is the new NSX 150k. A new Ford GT! if it's anything like the last it's actually a good investment if you don't drive it. Call your dealers, the order banks are not open but you can request to put down a refundable deposit that puts you in line first.
  16. AF Tour CB will be the players CB. AF302 grows in size.
  17. Detroit Auto Show Killed it today! Acura NSX Infiniti Q60 New Ford Raptor New Ford GT Merc C63 AMG Shootingbreak VW Cross Coupe Merc GLE AMG63S Alpha Romero 4C Spider
  18. Back when Roddio first re-launched ( separate but actually still a part of globeride ) a limited series of CB's were made half by Miura the other half by Zodia. This year Roddio has contracted both to do MB's, I'll start with the Zodias TSG has acquired 2 sets of each, I'm betting both will be sold within hours of posting this... More pics to come...
  19. This is the AF Tour he is talking about, he just wasn't aware it's now a CB.
  20. I thought Epon fans would like this :) even though TSG no longer sells the brand due to their 1980's policy of no Internet selling we thought this info is valuable as we have known about it for almost a year now and it's time to spill the beans before others do... AF-303: It's coming in February and isn't the predecessor of the 302 actually, it's got a deeper cavity and is a little larger for more forgiveness. AF-Tour CB: This one is the successor to the AF-302 or what many thought would be the AF-303 ( players CB ) AF-903 Hybrid: Smaller deeper faced hybrid more athlete. ZERO Driver: New 440cc version of the zero driver for the better player
  21. Wow thanks for the review and very nice pictures! That extra punch you mention I have noticed as well as how the ball takes off with a gorgeous ball flight. I know if I had a full bag of these I could make the game eaiser and shave a few strokes due to stability of flight and some extra distance it's just so hard not always going for the more compact forged iron.
  22. Yes UST makes great shafts they own a factory in Bangladesh which is interesting as no other golf maker produces anything there this has allowed them to make some pretty excellent shafts and keep the price down. Their top of the line models the My ATTAS are handmade in Japan though.
  23. Just sayin, you want to choose a brand that rolls their own. Crazy TRPX Seven Dreamers Mitsubishi Graphite Design Quadra Waccine etc... If the brand is ordering it from a shaft manufacture we are noticing a few things ( can't get into it ) the exception is Muziik because they are basically making the best Fujikura shafts using the best materials and latest tech from Fuji i.e MVC80 is what I consider the MCI/MCH for drivers.
