  1. MP Craft 425+, It's a classic driver by Mizuno Japan, actually I think it's their best driver in years, the entire MP Craft series I have praise for but as far as feel and setup I think the 425 is my favorite of them. The newest version is the Craft 513 available in 2 versions the normal spec and the P pear shape neutral bias one. Anyone still gaming these? This yoro craft driver was ordered at square face with 58* lie angle (flatter)
  2. It's got a pretty boring trajectory, it's not something I consider forgiving but it is one that is long, it's got a firmer impact than most in a good way, great driver for those on a budget. I think it flies almost as low as the 388 in the same loft.
  3. We do and if your interested please drop me an email at [email protected]
  4. They sponsored Beat Takeshi who has turned down TourStage and Dunlop. They now have Billboards across Tokyo. Pretty big deal for our friends at Ryoma.
  5. I really like Baldo, they got sleek designs, the new driver and putters are beautiful.
  6. Man all that tech, I don't see anyone keeping it past it's warranty. Kinda scary.
  7. Do you guys order food like beef, cheese, seafood, and wine on the internet?

  8. From carbuzz With a single swing of the club, English golfer James Heath more than trebled his seasons earnings after acing the 16th hole on the final round of the BMW International Open to win himself the 137,000 Euro BMW i8. In 26 years of hosting the event, this is only the fifth time a golfer has been rewarded with a BMW for a hole-in-one. Previous winners have driven away a 640i Gran Coupe, Z8, 535i sedan and 325i Convertible, but none of these come close to the plug-in hybrid sports car.
  9. We each have different swings, shafts, and days. My longest driver could be your shortest and vice versa.
  10. Your RomaRo HX gold is no slouch, excellent club and if you like it you will also like the new Type-R version just released, similar setup and player segment just really stable and great performance. The TRPX is as well, it's a big deal in Japan and imo it feels excellent, sounds a bit loud, distance really depends on the setup and specs you build and how it relates to the club head design but that said it's pretty versatile and fits a wide range of player so coming off the HX gold and going with either the D-013 or S-013 wouldn't be a problem.
  11. Heard about this one a little late and since then TourStage has already sold out. No difference other than color on this GR, it's a cool looking theme on it. For those who don't know the GR is an awesome driver, I find the X-Series too demanding but the GR series is right there, feels better imo too.
  12. Yes sorry that is a Typo, just took actual photos of each shaft and will update product listings shortly. The XDB65 in stiff actually plays a bit firmer than the messenger a bit more accurate and the feel isn't bad at all. I'm not done testing these shafts but so far I'm noticing they play true to flex and are an incredible value.
  13. Here is the final product! hutchy was kind enough to send it here first so I could take some Glamor Shots before sending to him :) It came out stunning, it's balance is smooth the head feels nice and heavy and strokes back and thru effortlessly, I'm excited for when he gets to put with it for the first time.
  14. It's really just that TRPX is has some Crazy DNA in it and both brands seem to give players seeking lighter shafts the stiffer flexes. I would suggest many brands outside of TRPX as well but just don't see 50-60 in stiffer flexes. To me 60g + is not really light weight and is becoming the mid weight.
  15. Mjr.D is no mere mortal, not the EMS he will launch it way too high and with too much spin. It must be at least square to slightly open, low spin and low trajectory or higher CG which leaves him considering different options that most of us would not. Here is a list of potential drivers that may help: - Modart MA01D - Royal Collection 306V - Custom ordered Jbeam 535 w/custom specs - Custom Kamui Works Air KM200 w/custom specs - Geotech RF800 (conforming) - PRGR Egg1 7.5* - Mystery CF440 - SYB GOLF PRELITY 7 DRIVER Attached to a stiff tip, low spin, anti left shaft like the X-Line Heavy, Waccine Combo 88, Quadra TP-V7, etc..
  16. For you Kamui Work and Modart. You will like the specs of the Works but the Modart is an amazing creature.
  17. It's not for your Mjr.D, while very great you need like real sqaure and low. Mizuno Yoro driver can have custom specs and also Kamui Works, for you half degree open will look square. TRPX X-Line Heavy Spec or Quadra TPV7 or 8 or a Tipped XXX flex TRPX Air all fun options. Not sure if they would work for you just ideas.
  18. These are pics from 2014, most notably from Hang Son Doong which is the world's largest cave just recently explored in 2009 but found in 1990. We were blessed to be the first group of tourists to enter the cave after NGC, NHK etc.. 7 days 6 nights in a Cave. Only 225 licenses granted for 2014/2015. This is way deep within Vietnam far from any cities, from Danang it was an 8 hour drive, then a 6 hour walk to camp 1 then we went to bed and walked another 10 hours to get to the cave, by the time we get to the cave it was already the most physically demanding thing we have done and this is after 4 months of training and preparation for it. This area outside of the cave was so rural there were still unexploded ordinance left over from the vietnam war including mines and cluster bombs. 8 travellers, 3 from USA, 2 from sweeden, 3 from Australia. It took 4 days to reach the end of the cave and 3 days to get back with multiple camps we had to setup. Almost died a dozen times. No bath in 7 days, nothing dry in a wet cave... nothing. the biggest threats include falling to your death, poisonous centipedes, foot rot and crotch rot. It took 20 porters to carry our stuff, these men are something else, 90lb sacks on each mans back, these guys weighed no more than 130lbs soaking wet, no climbing gear and wearing slippers over wet surfaces they scaled walls like nothing with a cigarette in their mouth. The very first day driving we had 2 vans, one with 10 the other with 18 porters, the porters van crashed into a giant truck and everyone got hurt, broken bones, cuts, etc.. what a way to start a journey, so the company that has exclusive rights to the adventure travel into this cave went back into town and got another 18 porters in less than 6 hours, these 18 porters made up 10 hours of walking time and caught up to us in a day. I was wondering how they get locals to do such extreme things, well for 7 days work they earn the equivalent of 30 days work, many were young men who would do this once a month and go to school. Our sacks were only 15lbs and we had all the best gear money could buy still struggling, falling, and needing help/breaks the whole way, I can't give enough praise and appreciation to our porters, the next time I think of giving up on anything, I will think of them. shooting photos and video in a cave is not easy, my canon MKIII and lenses took a beating, constantly having to clean it every few hours. the low light was a pain and as you can see the photos look grainy even after editing. I can write for days about this experience, I'll post a video here sometime in the future, these pictures can't describe what it was like, in fact I don't have pictures of the best parts of the caves because one would not want to hold a camera while climbing such sharp rocks. If you need a wild adventure, contact me and I will put you in touch with someone in Vietnam... 5 months later and my toe nails are still falling off...
  19. Got a few of these in 11* SR flex stock shaft come back to us, I gave one a whirl, I like the flight and spin especially in the wind, I don't like it's forgiveness but I love it's shape. imo TM knows how to do sexy shapes but I wish there was a bigger version with more heel and toe real estate kinda like the new Ryoma Type-R yet with the same SLDR flight and spin... oh well I guess we can't have it all. These were great sellers a month or so ago at TSG then fell flat, wondering if anyone is still playing one and their thoughts.
  20. I'm not afraid of tipping at all and while I understand the perspective of others in this thread from the angle of resale and value, I would have missed many great setups if I didn't tip. I personally like to play the softest flex possible that I can control and get good timing with. I often start soft and adjust my swing, then if that don't work I tip, for this reason I start the length a bit longer to have the room to cut while keeping a decent SW. In golf out of the box almost nothing fits because it's made for a particular demographic, but what if we are not exactly that demo? then we must tweak, test, and learn. If we just jump from shaft to shaft because we can't hit one we don't learn much about why certain things work or not for our swings.
