  1. No you would have to do that aftermarket. Or we can custom build it for you.
  2. Wow yea you got some awesome clubs there Henry! Have a good go at them and thank you!
  3. I'd say forget the Pro TX go with the OnOFF Type S FW.
  4. I love driving irons! Srixon Z-UTi goes down as my current favorite. The fourteens are awesome as well Its too bad more companies don't satisfy the DI crowd.
  5. Ryoma & Epon it doesn't get any better than that. Crazy yes will make a difference! Either club you choose will make you happy. I say go for Ryoma now and when a new Epon driver comes out get that one. If your an R-Flexer the Special Tuning is a dream. And to you Robbie, Agree totally man! Your points made me want to play a round.
  6. I was told by ONOFF 4th quarter 2012
  7. In our wedge testing the Yamaha edged out the RC. I love the RC because it's forgiving & feels really nice. What was weird is the plated version felt just as good as the raw.... to me anyway not to Tatsuro (xerobound) My only issue is I wish it were a touch smaller say the size of the TourStage X-Wedge....yum!
  8. Wood tip weights will help with swing weight issues but may effect how the shaft tip reacts. Hot melt would be ideal if done with a clubmaker who is familiar with it. It depends on how much weight you need to add as well.
  9. a few drips of acetone in the engraving and a BBQ stick to rub it out.
  10. The new Geotech Tour Issue is IMO the most underrated wedge available in Japan.
  11. Yes I know RC Japan staff that quit because they thought the U.S JP models were "empty" in their words. There are a lot of RC unauthorized clubs out there. I have people email me trying to sell me tour issue TM heads and RC utility woods weekly. The RC woods are from the actual factory they are just rejects or stolen from the factory. I wouldn't trust. Stick with TSG we never buy or sell anything in question and we always know our stuff.
  12. It all depends on what options you get. I think the 3 most important things to modify would be the finish, stamping, and custom grind/offset/shape. If you adjust all 3 I would say 3-PW should run you about 2k.
  13. Yes it's indeed a cost saving measure. I agree with it, why waste all that good Damascus for just a neck. If this putter cost 1k+ I would demand single piece though because it looks like this guy can do it.
  14. Are these combined averages of each swing or did you select better than average shots to highlight?
  15. For those who have not seen our FaceBook page Mizuno is expanding the custom craft services direct from the Yoro Factory in Japan. A huge deal is they now offer custom offset and even more grind, stamping, and finish options. Gocchin will be posting more info on these in a bit. I love the look of the twilight finish.
  16. The Yururi will feel softer and have a bit more spin. The AF-Tours are a bit more forgiving. A lot of this will come down to your eye and what your personal preference is. Another thing to consider is the wear of a raw head. A lot of people only desire non plated and love the worn in look while others like their sticks to look pristine.
  17. The shaft doesn't need a break in the player does. I think he says that so you work out the nuances of your swing that do not support the shaft design. That said I do think Fujikura has lost a ton of ground in performance and design against other top shaft makers.
  18. We are starting to see more fake JDM golf clubs on the market. It's fun to scoff at and make fun of but people are getting ripped off. The Hiro's are hard to tell but the rest is just plain obvious.
  19. What is theRC 704? Do you mean TourStage? The BBD Tour VS iron by Royal Collection is excellent. It's an older model by a few years but still maintains good performance as it's endo forged with a nice sized undercut. I would however suggest the VG3's if your looking for that type of iron.
  20. Have you posted your info in the fitting thread?
  21. opps. I had no idea this was about the wood head and not shaft..
  22. I have an Akira 7 wood with the FW80 installed. I want to hit it even when the shot demands another club. It's my go to club.
  23. All I will play is Crazy FW80! I'm sold. Others like the sigma as well. The FW80 in a 7 wood is the king! super accurate lands soft. PRGR Egg II with the Crazy FW80 is silly long and straight.
  24. love the black and yellow. Good simplistic design on that one.
  25. It's not that its less important than the material. The heat treatment aka annealing process refines the structure, softens, and changes the properties of the material. Most factories don't mess with this so much but places like Endo have the ability to make the same iron in a variety of different feels.
