  1. Yes please keep us posted on the MCI's. I still love the Steelfibers but I'm intrigued by the MCI's as well as the new Accra Hybrex. Thanks.
  2. Any more feedback on the MCI iron shafts? Currently have Steelfibers and tried Recoils. Recoils were good but I still prefer the feel of the Steelfibers - especially at impact. Recoils felt too muted (as most graphite iron shafts do) at impact whereas the Steelfibers still gave me some of the good vibrations/feedback/soft feel from my AF-302's.
  3. I was at my local shop today and a junior golfer came in with an all Matrix set-up - driver, FW's, hybrid, irons and wedges all with Matrix graphite shafts. The blades and hybrids looked really nice. I didn't care for the look of the driver, FW's or wedges. Anyhow, I was in a rush so I didn't have a chance to chat with him. Does anyone know anything about Matrix clubs? I'm sure they are pricey (based on their graphite shafts) but I've never seen Matrix clubs before.
  4. Let me know if anyone has one. Thanks.
  5. Does anyone know when Epon plans to replace the AF502 and/or AF302? I'm saving up for a combo set and am pretty close to reaching my goal.
  6. Let me know if you have one of these. Email is [email protected]. Thank.
  7. Although I've always wanted to get JDM irons, I've always been wary of the look of the short irons - typically too boxy and/or round for me. I've decided on either the AF302 or AF502 but before I do, I would like to see how the irons look (especially 8-PW). I would appreciate if anyone can post pics of these irons from the address position as well as the sole. It would be great if you're able to do a side by side with some US irons like Titleist AP2 or Miz MP irons to give me a better perspective. Thanks for your help.
  8. Let me know if you have a Nike T100 hybrid in 20* or 23* that you'd like to sell Shaft doesn't matter. Thanks, Dan
  9. Looking for Diamana Whiteboard in 73 stiff in Ion plated for a 3w. Don't have the budget for a new one so good pull would be great. Thanks.
  10. MCSub, Will you provide any feedback on the I65? Is it made for hitters or swingers? Does it have a super low ballflight? How does it feel? I just bought a pull-out from my clubmaker for cheap but not sure what to put it in. I currently play a 10* driver so I may try the I65 in a 12* and see what happens - figure higher loft to cut sidespin and the shaft will help flatten the flight a bit. Thanks.
  11. What swingweight did your TM's come out at? Did you have to add any tip weight or lead tape? I am hoping to get to a D4 swingweight. I'm surprised that the Nippons feel stiffer than S300s. Curious as to what your 5iron swingspeed is. I really like the feel of both but need some shock absorption to help with my tendonitis. Thanks for the feedback.
  12. I was wondering if the Nippon shafts butt frequency similar to a DG or Rifle. I've read that some of the frequency #'s have them at about senior flex - I know these play soft but didn't think they flexed that soft. Would the soft tip of the Nippons skew the butt frequency #s? I want to experiment with the Nippons and am going to pull some from a set of Titleist 804s w/ the stock Nippon 970 stiffs. Does anyone know if these play true to flex (even if the butt frequency is low)? Thanks.
  13. I've got a couple of the new Cally Fusion driver headcovers (orange and black ones that Phil's sporting around). These are new and have no wear on them. Lemme know if you're interested. Thanks.

TM Rescue TP 19* with stock Fuji Vista Pro 90 stiff (TP graphics). It's only been hit indoors about 20 times and has no scratches or skymarks. Easily a 9.8/10. TP headcover included. $200 shipped to lower 48.
  15. Callaway BB454 8* with an Accra SC75 M4 installed by the Tour Van. It has only been played during one practice round. This head does not have any serial numbers on it. Thanks.

  17. I have 2 sets of brand new Cally Big Bertha Fusion Irons. I have one set of graphite regular flex and one set of graphite firm flex. They are both 3-P and still in the plastic wrap. $850 each shipped to the lower 48. Thks.

  19. Brand new TM r7 8.5 with stock stiff shaft. Inc wheel, wrench stock weights and hc. $300 shipped. Also have a Vokey Black Nickel 54.10 that's 9/10 w. Rifle Spinner 5.5. $70 shipped. Thanks.
  20. Any updates on the TX Tour's? I'm thinking about trying these out. I've tried Nippons and Rifle TFR's before and like both of those shafts but am looking for a little less muted feel (don't mind some vibration). I've never really liked DG's because they were too heavy and felt a little harsh but I've heard that the TX tours have a smoother feel (a little more vibration dampening than DG) as well a tad lower ballflight than Rifles. Probably try it in a reg (95mph driver ss) to help get the ball up a tad. Thanks for any feedback.
  21. I've got a brand new r7 TP weight kit for sale. It includes: Red soft-sided, zippered case r7 TP Trajectory & swingweight wheel TP manual AND wrench. Weights include: 4g, (4) 6g, 8g, 12g and 14g. $160 shipped to lower 48.
  22. Can anyone compare the i302's to any domestic irons (playability, forgiveness, size)? Are they more similar to the TM RAC Forged CB/MP30/690cb or 704/RAC LTs? How do the short irons look as I've heard that Japanese short irons are typically bigger compared to the US? thanks.
  23. I've seen some awesome pics of custom Miz Japan irons/wedges here and am considering ordering a set. I know their quality control is so much higher than Miz US when it comes to specs but how about durability? I had a set of MP14's for about 3 yrs and beyond the usual bag dings, the chrome started to peel and rust on me. On the other hand, I also have a set of Hogan Redlines that held up pretty well compared to the MP14s - bag dings but no peeling/rust issues even on my 8 iron which I've hit off of my share of desert hardpan/cartpaths. A buddy of mine has had a set of MP33s for 2 yrs and they look worse than my Hogans - they're already peeling. I love the Miz feel and the custom options are great but I don't want to spend the money on something that'll look 8 yrs old in 2 yrs (if I keep'em that long  ) While I'm at it, how durable are the Gauge, Tourstage or other Japanese forgings? Thanks.
  24. Brand new TM r7 8.5 with stock stiff shaft. Head still has plastic on head. Headcover, wrench and stock weights included. $360 shipped to lower 48. Thanks.
