California company that makes blades and refinish work
Looking for a company I think is based in California that does refinish work on irons. With some of the recent posts I've seen regarding The Iron Factory, I'm looking for alternatives. I'm fairly certain I saw the link poster here about 2 weeks ago. Thanks!

Easier said then done. I sent them an email over a week ago and still have not heard back. I'm sure they are really busy with the all the tours being in full swing.

xxio, This post is really starting to go way off topic. He was being a smart @ss and I responded. There really is nothing to calm down about.

TourSpec Refinishing
I would have thought a powder coat finish would be stronger than a chrome finish.

TourSpec Refinishing
XoMartel, I think he paid between $15-$20 per head. Not much! Plus the finish is powder coated so it will last longer than chrome. The finish will probably add more bite as well. Not sure if there is a TSG discount but you could always regisiter at FGI, GEA or greatgolfdomain and then call Jim and ask for the discount

FWIW, I know Jim does refinish work on putters and irons. If you want to have them powered coated that is. Maybe I missed the part of the OP saying he wanted his irons rechromed. Here is a pic I got off of FGI by a member who had his wedges done by CCC. Because of this pic, I will be sending him my Vokey's!

Mizuno Japan's New clubs!!
The MP-32 looks very much like the MB in the cutmuscle.com video!

TourSpec Refinishing
Check out www.customclubcoatings.com. Jim does first rate work and he does not charge much. And it takes about 2.5 weeks to get your head back. You can find many pictures of his work on GEA and FGI. He powder coated a old TM Burner 5 wd for me in mirror black for $29. And that included shipping it back to me  He can do many finishes too.

cutmuscle.com
Yesterday you could tell it is Mizuno USA by doing a whois search. They must have updated it because now it no longer shows it being associated with Mizuno USA.

Scratch (equipment) players: Did your scores improve?
Thanks to everyone for their feedback. I've read many positive reviews on this site so I was curious how and if the scores came down. Being a HO myself, I understand the honeymoon phase that comes with new equipement.

Scratch (equipment) players: Did your scores improve?
- Did your scores improve once you started using the irons and or wedges? - If so by how much? - How long did it take to dial them in?

Scratch Golf Classic Blade !!!PICS!!!
Those look incredible!!! I'm glad I live in Oregon because that means these guys are close to me  I sure wish I had enough game for these babies. Question: Do you have to buy an entire set? Or can I select the specific clubs I want? For Example: 4i,5i,7-PW, GW, LW. What is the turn around time on a set of irons?
