From what I could see on the TM Japan website, it seems that the R7 XR driver is suitable for average skilled players with high swing speeds. Seems like me. But when I took the "Find the Best driver for me" test I was pointed to the R7 driver. Hm...

Orite guys, I want to thank you all for your input. I have taken the advice and drills and put together a swing change that helps my ball striking. The last 2 times at the range have been very different for me. I hit the "beep" 1nce the last time, which is pretty good and I was just getting lazy, but most importantly I was hitting it very solid. I hit the ball with my hands leading and not behind the ball, and the distance, target control I received was much more consistent. Makes sense since I used to hit it fat alot and the clubface gets twisted or opened or I could rotate too much before I hit the ball and cause hooks. Hopefull I'll get a chance to play on the course soon, damn Cali rain! Next thing to fix... inconsistencies off the tee... hm... that's for another topic. Thanks guys and happy golfing!

I keep playing them until my iron heads has so much grass on them it looks like chia pets. Then I buy a new set. :love: J/k.. water and a toothbrush will usually do it for me. I've learned to keep the iron covers off when I'm not on the course so the moisture doesn't build up and start rusting the irons.

I've gotta say the finish on these puppies are now awesome! The finish on the old cbs had a hand finish look to it, but the finish on these irons are very very nice.

I must say these irons are sweet and one of the best irons I have ever hit! They're beautiful and sweet to hit!

Thanks for all the tips guys, and after thinking it through, I know what I'm going to try and my ball striking should actually be alot better with the changes. I appreciate all the knowledge spilled on this, and will let you guys know how I do!
