hi kas, sorry to thread jack you but i'm curious. Wouldn't rifle 6 or 6.5 be more closer to x100 shafts? I use to have s300 and the fitter told me to get 5.5 and 6.0 at most for rifles. just curious. Thanks for your help. jonny jonny- DG s300 frequency at about 5.8 that's why the fitter told you either 5.5 or 6.0 for the rifles. Not sure what the X100 frequency at. I have a Tour issue V steel 15 degree 3 wood , and 18 degree tour issue 5 wood that I would like to trade. Both clubs have Nippon Pro GT 700 S flex shafts and have the paint break.. Thanks for the idea's guys. I do best with lighter shafts in my 3 woods. So steel is out. That Hk sounds pretty good.

I use a tourspec Fuji 661 tr x flex in a driver , and I love it. I need to find a shaft for my 3 wood. Currenly I have a fuji speeder 757 x flex, and I hate it. Any help would be great . Thanks Zach

I had one a few years ago. It came with a really long shaft. I was super wild with it, but it was Long.. Expensive to.

I like to hit alot of lag putts before my round.

Agreed on this, but how do you get there? I always come back to the beginning of the swing as being important. If I don't get it started correctly, I have to make compensations to get it back to square at impact, if I make it back to impact at all. Been working on trying to get the club "at of above" the plane starting back and that seems to have helped considerably. I totally agree, Set up huge, and I would make it number one. It is the cause of most swing problems for golfers

I hate it. It makes me crazy when I get a new student who pauses at the top. I have a question. Are there golf coaches in Japan who teach that? It seems like tons of Japenese Ladies have a long pause at the top.

This a great connection drill. It trains the hands and arms to work with the body. It works really well for people who hit inside out hooks too.
