Got my GD cb's irons "my review"
Just got my GaugeDesign CB's the other day from Chris and pretty much slept with the irons coz they're so beautiful. :smile1: So the next day I took em out to the range and ......mmman.......it is the best set of irons I've ever hit so far in my golfing life. I normally have problems with my 3 iron like everyone else so I grab the 3 iron and noticed that it is shorter than any 3 irons out there but the sole was wide. So, I said to myself how could this club be forgiving since the head is so small that would be more margin for error. So, I gave it a rip............aaaaaaaand HOLY COW :surprize: !!!!!!!! My shot was straight as an arrow and looooooooooong I mean 220 yards from a range ball. That is just insane, even with my mis**t it still went long and only 10 to 15 yards (left) away from my target. I hit 20 balls straight and 13 of them went dead straight. Even the Pro at the range saw me and look at my club and said it is a "beautiful lookin piece of stick" He asked me if he could try em out and ofcourse I was all proud of my new GD club and knowing he is a pro. I said hell yeah :-) , he takes a shot and notice how nice it feels and the cool grip. He, also hit it longer than his normal distance (about 10 to 15 yds longer) and couldn't believe it. My TM RAC LT 3 iron only gives me 200 yds the most and more trouble than anything (shank or slice it). So, I tried the next iron which is the 8, and it goes for 160 yds !!! I normally hit my 8 130-140 yds so what a big difference. Incredible...Next test will be this Friday on the golf course and I will update you guys together with the GD 355g putter that I got. Also will post pictures when Chris fixes the bug that doesn't let me upload any pictures to my album. Thank you Chris for recommending this clubs. It's worth all the $$$

Tour vs. Retail NO BULL
= Thanks for the recommendation DM, I will definitely consider the Cobra 414 comp over TS V-IQ. I just wish someone would test both this club, a high COR vs. Carbon composite (which is now the new craze).

Tour vs. Retail NO BULL
WOW...!!!! Awesome insights DM Forgive me on going off tangent on the topic here but I saw an opportunity to ask you if you have played TS V-IQ drivers and woods? They seem to catch my attention from their Technology. I want a long hitting driver like your TP 510, would V-IQ do the job vs PRGR Duo. Also I want a long hitting woods, V-IQ vs Royal collection SFD or BBD. (or any brand that you recommend) Thanks in advance

Lookin 4 best Japanese Driver (non-conf. will do) and Irons
Wow, only 1 reply!! Thanks FAQ, well after alot of research and talking to Chris I have considered the following clubs as the best: (by word of mouth and reading). Driver: TS V-IQ non-conforming driver are long when compared to most of the popular clubs today. (using a robot machine) Woods: TS V-IQ 3 and 5 woods I like and has thesame result as the driver. Irons: Gauge Design CB's I think are the best right now. I was looking at TS X cb's and V-IQ's but after what Chris said that they're mass production in Taiwan. It was a no brainer for me there. WEDGES: Haven't done research yet. Putters: Gauge Design GAA1are my TOP 3 choices. I know you guys have alot of input please reply......
