wow, those are truly pieces of art, and are truly amazing. I love the 3 slit floating face thing, original and pretty cool too! Man I'd love to roll one of these, but its just enough to look at it in detail. Great work to Mr. Bettinardi once again!

Srixon 2005/2006 new line-up
wow great stuff! The golf shops around here started carrying srixon stuff! they only had the w-403's and a couple hybrids, oh yeah and an i-302 3 iron, but that was about it. AT least its better than nothing. Can't wait for the new stuff

Video of my swing
hmm, i dunno much about teaching and stuff, but maybe I can give a few tips. Overall, nice smooth tempo, you're probably bringing the club a little too flat. What are your usual misses and stuff? I would probably assume that you tend to play a draw or hook on misses. Other than that, I think your swing looks pretty good, nice freddy couples-like finish too ;)

putter sugar shafted
the same way sugar works.... I've never heard of using sugar in a shaft, sounds kind of stupid if you ask me. Honestly, I think you should never use some kind of substance that can deteriorate or something with heat or moisture. Sand or lead powder I can understand, but sugar can be a mess. Wouldn't it dissolve and get all sticky in wet and humid conditions or also hot conditions like the trunk of a car? IMHO, either stay away from the putter or replace the shaft. That would be something that I wouldn't want to mess with.

Shinobu and Ai Miyazato Advance in Womens Match Play!
wow chris. Thats pretty awesome. Thats not the EXACT same putter is it? or is it just the same stamping on the face? plust the paintfill is different. Either way its great to see that this stuff is being used on tours and hopefully will be popular in other countries besides just Japan. ;) very nice

Johnny Miller is a Tool: Give us your thoughts
i heard one where it was "if he wants to win, he has to shoot a better score" WEll isn't that obvious? We call those John Madden's. For example, Madden will say, "If they want to win, they need to score more points." or "if he wants to bring him down, hes gotta tackle him". Quite stupid comments if you ask me, but it makes it funny to watch

Regripping Question
i think .580 are the most commonly used ones, but taylor made shafts might run a little bigger. Honestly i have no clue, but if i were to get one, i'd get the .580. I'm sure you can add a couple layers of tape if you don't like the feel
-
Regripping Question
what kind of shafts do you have? I have dgs300 and bought .580 and i hope they're right. I'm gonna be installing grips for the first time too, do you know if you put the grip tape on like wrapping it around (like a hockey stick) or one strip down the length of the shaft and wrap the edges around the sides?

What kind of car do TSGers drive?
zojo replied to zojo's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech Gearlooks like chris knows more than just golf stuff. However, if i get a car, i think i'll just stick to stock parts and stuff. All that other additions and mods look too complicated

What kind of car do TSGers drive?
zojo replied to zojo's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech Gearmmm not really 300zx are calleed that because of the motor size it is a 3.0l VG30E or DE. the z32 300zx 1990-1996 came with the vg30de or vg30dett (tt=twin turbo) the TT version was rate aprox 280hp to the crank meaning its more like 240hp to the ground. on top of that its a pretty heavy dog. as much as I love nissan's the z32 300zx is one car I will never recommend. the engine compartment is a nightmare. you have pull the motor out if you are going to go something besides change the sparkplugs, oil or fuel filter. trust me it's a major PIA car to own. I know the number isn't the hp, but I've read somewhere that the 96's at least have 300 horses under the hood. I'm not quite that stupid, but I still may be wrong.
