  1. Does the R7 TP play lower than the R510 TP with the same loft when set at a mid trajectory?
  2. Is the TaylorMade 757 Speeder a real 757 Speeder? The shaft plays softer to me than the real 757 Speeder. I was told that this was down to the hosel of the R510 TP head but that does not seem right to me. Is the TaylorMade version a modification of the real deal? Thanks

  4. This instruction website has some great instruction articles that may well change the way you look at the swing. http://d4358519.s74.snitz.net/forum/ Brian Manzella taught David Toms for 10 years and is a GSED instructor in The Golfing machine which is the most comprehensive grounding you can have in golf instruction..

Only if you hit the ground first which is hitting fat. with proper ball turf contact the leading edge does not come into the equation although high bounce on the club gives you less margin for error.

On the longer clubs you have a wider stance and a bigger hip bump which sets up secondary axis tilt. On the short irons the hip bump is less pronounced and the backstroke motion is altogether shorter. This means there is a tendency to rush from the top and miss out the hip bump at transition and bypass it straight into the OTT move. Although there is less hip bump in the short irons you must still start the downswing with this move. To discipline yourself hit short irons different distances with a full swing with the same club and focus on the hip bump at transition. You need to make time for your self at transition with the short irons and this is a good way of training it. The hip bump sets up the correct down plane trail shoulder move. Miss it out and the odds are that the trail shoulder will move above plane and you will hit pull shots.

If the swing is short it should look laid off when on plane.
