  2. thank you....but I need more info than that before I throw down the dough... I'm being greedy i know- but what I have with the Axiv is soo stinking good..
  3. I'm currently hitting the 7072V in a ft-5 and haven't seen a longer more consistant ball ever with a need ideal ballflight.... So... is it possible to get it even better????( mind you have tested and tried an amazing amount of shafts from every different brand, style and favor-- tour and import) and the Axiv V's are simply awesome.... how would the Roddio compare and anyone who has had both, please pipe in!! thanks josh
  4. perfect, then Tomorrow you have them!!?....8 clubs=8 hours, yep just one day!!lol
  5. do they exist????where, how much and how soon!!!

I'm in the 110+ SS, I have a 7072 in a FT-5 and its perfect- in fact its the best I have 'ever' had!(the ft-5 is like tipping 1/2")...I tried the 7072 in 425tp and its much too soft-- I would definiately go 7076 or 7080 in a swallow bore head.....These are wonderful shafts for me...I going to put an 8080 in my 3wood too! Also, I'd becareful going just off of the cpm rating- as I think they play pretty soft according to those ratings, at least compare with other manufactures..
  7. I agree, they could also Please Stop Writting all over the back side of the irons, please?
  8. Thanks for the replies..I went Logo down...I typicially check for spine and flo each shaft i install...however recently working with another high end shaft maker(ozik) I found the performance to be under par doing it my way...once I went with recommendation of the shaft maker the results improved(it sure is nice working Very High Quality shaft makers today!!). Intial impressions of the Axiv V is stunning...this is a seriously good shaft(but of course all you guys here already know that!! lol)...Feels like a cross between a Diamana whiteboard and a Ozik Code's...Piercing, controled with perfect launch and most importantly decending angle- great stuff(thank you TSGirl for your recommendation!) thanks Josh
  9. quick question....which way does the shaft orient in the head...logo up or down...or find NBP and Spine? thanks josh

  12. Looking for Tour Callaway Smooth Ferrule for FT-3(this is the Ferrule that allows you to change the Face Angle of the FT-3..should have a Notch as well) Please email me if you anyone has a couple(handsome reward!!) [email protected]
  13. You are way over thinking!!! You won't even notice it IMO....I have had many Jap issue irons before and these are as mainsteam 'US" as I have ever seen... :tsg_smilie_wink:
  14. I had these for awhile testing them out...and at first I thought they just were OK, I was testing them out compared to Lehmans, i-404's, Lt2 tours.....however they had the stock nippon 950 Reg shafts in them(which were surpising usable)...however once I put a set of PX's into these...OMG!!!...to think I nearly sold them... these have Slayed my Gamers Lehmans, which I have had in the bag for nearly 2 years!!!! They are every bit as soft and workable as the Lehmans, but are as forgiving as the LT2's(I actually thought the Lehmans were pretty darn forgiving too)!!! Stunning...little higher ball flight than the Lehmans...but the long irons are sooo easy to hit, hit high and drop soft-- a thing of beauty!!...All you Irons Ho''s I strong suggest you give these a go..I really can't see any real drawbacks to these...except they do seem soo soft they are a bit more likely to ding up and chatter.!! BTW- I have heard of some "Tour" versions...but I think its all BS...they have serial# too! Chris will take care you, and shaft it up with your flavor too! One last thing- TM is missing the boat by not bringing these to market in the US! Easily a Classic Iron that will test the time!!
  15. Thanks..funny I was also thinking about the adams as well :tsg_smiley_yes: thanks for the feedback.

  22. Cool..Nov. 3rd!! I heard it is Lower spin and higher launch than the Blue( slightly lower bend point and stiffer tip and butt sections)...
  23. Just curious...I had heard Oct 1...any further news? or better yet...paypal ready for a whiteboard 73 s or x!
  24. I'm a rare poster on this site...but I have tried the Ozik line..and what I found specificially with the TP-7's is that due to the shafts stablity of maintaining the clubhead so consistantly that actually going down in flex produces the greatest results(but you must be comfortable with amount of lag that is produced with the shafts, as its feel totally different that most)...while the 'other site' you read mostly about people going up in shaft flexs trying to produce the greatest results..I think this is the wrong direction from my experience....my 2 cents
  25. Chris, will these be Japan issue only? They look ideal , and I imagine these are quite forgiving with a massive sweet spot...yummy!
