I am going to have to say :scratch1: And the reason for that is the back ground likes a little familiar
  2. Actually shoe , just got back from the hospital . It's not a stomach virus afterall . Turns out I have a bowel infection :) I can drink all the clear fluid I like water , gatorade and the like . Don't drink anything harder :wah: anymore so that should not be a big problem
  3. Mike is chiming in , but I don't know for how long . Am sicker than a dog and it seems I have a stomach virus . Spent the ;ast two days hooked up to a IV and am not well . No golf for me this weekend :) Just hope that my browser does not lock up and I'll be a little happy /
  4. Do they have a web site ???
  5. Al make sure you take some picture's . Just in case the scratch wedge starts to act up , you can always show it what will happen if it doesn't smarten up
  6. Mike, They could always be bent back - never hurts to try. I am going to give them on more week before I have them bent down (lie) but since I reshafted I am not hooking them as much as I was with the s300's. True , can always bend them back . The Z's do come with a flatter lie than the 300 ( I think ) . If you are hooking them to much or even a pull hook then yes your lie's are to upright . One thing about the Z's they are real easy to bend . Work is now over :tired: Am going home to take a break from the computer . Am still having the lock up problems from my home computer so will be back on tomorrow , I just hope that tomorrow is a little slower than today . Later Mike ... Just an FYI the TS are 2° upright in comparison to the TM's. This new system is much slower - must be the link to the catalog. Just ran a check on the info I have for the Z101's . And yes you are right the 2 iron plays to a lie of 60* . If I recall correctly the 300's 2 iron is set at 58* . If I was to play the Z101's (60*) at those lie's I would hit them so far left that I would need a search party just to find my ball

  8. Hitting the shorter club harder is not really a bad thing , unless you are leaving the ball short of the green . Which is what I am doing . :wah: I am still considering bumping the lofts 1* strong , but have not convinced myself to do it yet . Kind of scared that it will increase the offset to much . Have Friday off so might go down to my local guy and get the 6 iron to PW bumped . Will wait and see what happenes Thursday night as I am working on getting my swing speed back to where it was 3 years ago and if I can do that will forget about bumping the lofts .
  9. Mike ... I have been clubing a little more by about 5 yds depends on the hole. At the range my distance was about the same as the TM300's. The 3 iron flight may be my own doing - yes I know I suck :smile1: Mike thanks for the Pro V's - is the price right at $17.95 a sleeve Canadian ? Clubing by 5 yards ?? You mean longer or shorter than the 300 . You will have to be patiant with me as it has been an extremly long day here at work . :tired: You mean I forgot to take the tags off   Yes that is the right price . But for me at least they are the best ball for the money spent . Have tried many different balls but none ever seem to last as long as the Pro V , so I figure I will spend about the same amount over the whole year wheather I buy Pro V's or some other ball . Pro V will give me at least 54 holes .
  10. Never seen one , have not tried one . So no opinion . Sorry
  11.
  12. AK , I don't know how you hit your 300's but for me I have a nice high tajectory with the long irons Z's. Highest ball I have ever hit with a long iron . But that happens when you move over from years of blade usage . Did you find that you have some distance loss ?? Am just wondering if it is just me or if you or Al might have had the same also . Most of it has come back now , but am still a tad shorter that last year using the 690.MB's . Let me know what you find and then maybe I will stop worring and screwing around then .
  13. chainsaw and shoe , I can't believe that you have not tried any clubs lately into a net :surprize: You get such a great reading from doing this so am really :surprize: I got to try a retail R7 into a net  and I think I will have to buy every one that the store has . Come on guys just give the net a chance and I know that you will just fall in love with the net  :bulls**t:
  14. How is this little MFer still a member on this site? He should be banned for life! I hope you get your funds back. I can't believe that he has the balls to make another post in the b/s/t . :surprize: This guy should be shown the door right quick .
  15. LOL I have owned them all at one time or another EXCEPT the Taylor Made. The launch monitor is at a store is in my area. Next time you are coming down we will make a point of going over there and getting you some time on it. You got a deal . Just wish it was this weekend  Maybe this fall , or I might just pull another long road trip :tired: in the spring again next year . :smile1:

I told him that it might not be very much and that he most likely would not even notice the difference . But he did insist that I ask , so my good deed for the day is now done . :smile2: Also Thanks for the link CL , will pass that on to him just in case he is not happy with the answer I give him .

Got asked this question by somebody I know so I told him I would ask here and I might get a good answer for him. He has wooden dowels in his clubs and he clubs come out to a swing weight of D-5 . What would happen to the swing weight if he was to have the wooden dowels removed . Thanks for your help guys . Mike
  20. Hope you had some fun at the air show shoe . This old but current soldier as I can serve with the sirforce and the army knows what you mean . But a F-16 is nothing compared to the old F-111B going over your head on take off as you are about to putt . :surprize: Now that was something , my legs started to shake and I almost pissed my pants  But luckly I still made the birdie putt :smile2:

  22. I think a lot of people feel this way... and I think its ashame. Was this country built on the idea of people getting together and talking about the relavant issues. How are we as people supposed to enlighten oursevles to new ideas if everyone is scared of political discussion. Maybe because today it is so rare to find someone willing to admitt that they may be wrong. Everyone has these phanatic ties to parties that tell them how to think on every issue. They fall in rank and file behind their party to make them feel secure in their idea. Strength in numbers or comfort though conformity? The problem with this country is people are affraid to speak their mind, whatever thier stance may be, because its not the proper thing to do. For as long as I remember my parents told me not to discuss politics or religon with people. But aren't these the two subjects that should be discussed the most. Why are people so phantical that they cannot engage in a reasonable conversation without breaking into slander? Mike are things different ion Cananda? are people more willing to discuss politics and religon? Because its my theory that this is built into the US culture to keep the people nice and passive, easily to manipulate. pete , that is a tough question to answer . A lot of people tend to believe that we have the same system of government and have the same way of voting for the government . When I reality we don't . You vote for a party or is it the leader of the party ?? While we vote for the person that is in our area that is part of the party we would like to see in power . What we have is a very old British system that most of the commonwealth doesn't even use anymore . I know this is off track from your question but it is a lead in , Up here almost everyone I have ever met or talked to is willing to talk about politic's any where except in bars  And you know why that is :D It is a national pass time to diss who ever is in power wheather you voted against him or for him . It is so bad that it has gotten to the point where a lot of young people don't even vote as they see no future with any of the party's that are involved . As for religion , I do not follow a religion . On my dog tags it say ND and I will leave it at that . Like shoe said it is way to early in the morning for this :smile1: Now lets hope that IE doesn't lock up on me when is submit this post and my day just might be a good one :smile2:
  23. Sounds like you have a new slogan there pete . 4 more terms . Say it a couple of times in a row and I'll think you are running for office somewhere
  24. Thanks guys I really appreciate . Al , once you get used to the Z101's you will be in  all over again . The one thing I found that was not to my liking was some distance loss , but was able to fix that by going to the Pro V1 X . All is okay now
  25. Whats going on ??? I go away for a week to a golf tourney and this thread dies . I played very well in the tourney , in fact I won the thing . Pacific Region Golf Champ :smile1: For the Canadian Military . Next stop is the National's or maybe a CISM selection Camp , play well at either and it is then off to the World Military Golf Championship . Got to say the Z101's worked real well as did the drivers and the FW'S . Got to give Kudo's to Joe for all the good work he did to them  Have a Great weekend Guy's and play lots of golf :smile2:
