Okay...what's the joke? It's not really a joke ... it's just corny. It's kind of a reference to a movie but not really. Just borrowed the names/title. Remember the movie "Tango & Cash" with Sly Stallone and Kurt Russel? Well, my 54* sand wedge will get stamped with TANGO because it's gonna make the ball dance. And the 58* lob wedge will say CASH. It comes in handy for all those money shots around the green. I know it's corny but I like it. haribo

Just put my order in last Friday. Still debating to go either antique or antique full grain. When Ari is back from his vacation tomorrow I will talk about it with him and then make my final decision. Maybe he has even a better suggestion. As long as it's not plated, like my wedges to rust, I'm still open for ideas. Figured also out what to stamp on them to personalize. Don't want to use my initials, so I came up with a bid of a corny joke .... hehehe ... haribo

I'm positive. Was there past Sunday. Go there at least once every other week. (fighting the winter blues ;-) Haven't seen them as of yet. They got the hx tour but no ur-x. haribo You could be right and so could I . Maybe they did have them but only got a partial shipment . My local club fitter also sells ball's and he was suppose to get his at mid month . Has yet to get them . Wonder if they are having production problems then :?: I actually looked last Sunday specifically for the ur-x. Could only find a couple boxes of other srixon balls. Looked almost like they were discontinuing the srixon balls all together. Next time I'll check again and will also ask a salesperson if I can't find them. (well, asking them is not much help. most of them don't have a clue.) haribo

I'd like to know as well. The ur-x is still not available here in my neck of the woods. Not that we can play currently in chilly Ontario. Does anybody know what this ball will be going for in Canada? Can't wait to test the ur-x and the hx tour. haribo
  6. Here's another one. www.golfpositive.com The guy who runs this site is an email friend of mine. His name is Harry Wallace and he's a very renown golf psychologist in Ireland at the European Cobra Golf Academy at St. Margareth's G&GC in Dublin. he works with quite a few European Tour Players. He talks about the mental side of the game and it's free to join. Actually, Patrick might even heard/know of him. haribo
  7. Very nice. Classy and professional. That "no competition" rule never really worked for me. You got to be pretty brainwashed to buy that cr@p. Just imagine, i'd go to a real, a brick and mortar golf store here in Toronto like Golf Town and tell the manager this xyz golf club costs $20 less at Nevada Bob's or DiMarco Golf or any other competitor in town for that matter. Do you really think, he's gonna jump over the counter, push me to the floor and put his hand over my mouth just to shut me up??? No, sire. Quite the opposite, he'll probably pick up the phone, call that competitor of his and check up on my claim. If verified he will then match the price and offer me an additional 5% off. That's how business works. haribo
