Lookin 4 best Japanese Driver (non-conf. will do) and Irons
Welcome, I agree with the wedge choice from TTLam{ there is no other choice} Scratch are unique. As far as the irons:- Don't be concerned with TourStage being massed produced, the forgings are by "Endo" in Thailand and Endo do alot of production for a reason. { one of the best} If I was to choose a forging then you would be hard pressed to look past TourStage, Miura and of course "Scratch" {Ishihara}. I am not personally familiar with Gauge design's {Japan} offerings at this time but if their putters are anything to go by then they would also be magic. Also seriously consider Nakashima drivers, Fairway and utility, they are not another component head they are as good and better then most any retail offering, IMO Nak's will really kick on as OEM if they continue this level of production. They are not inexpensive but if you can spec them up for your game then you will have the best there is. Your putter choices are great, Gauge, Gold factory, Bettinardi and limited others are all of the highest quality. Hope my opinion is of some assistance, good luck with any purchases, please have them FITTED to your game where ever possible and happy golfing. Regard, Chris

Dual Wall Tourstage Prototype, X-Drive 2 and MR23 CB's 2005!
Chris, I have been told by Bridgestone Australia that TourStage will be withdrawn from USA in 2005 due to the copyright infringement. That is all the info they have supplied me at this stage but I will have further talks with them this week and will let you know if I learn anything further. Regards, Chris M

I want to know! Who the hell said it first?
Hi, Keep in mind you can read loft a few ways, Along the sole and up the face, which quite commonly matches the stamped loft. This takes into account the amount of dig or bounce designed in the head. but does not take into account the amount the hosel bore differs from perpendicular to the line of flight. It is for this reason that for example, a driver stamped 10* and factory read along sole and up face will actually play with less or more loft dynamically. This is due to the Face angle and the relationship between the grounded sole and the shaft hosel plane. So if the club is stamped 10* and the manufacturer read this with the sole plate grounded {common} but there was a tolerence with the hosel bore not quite being perpendicular to the flight line then it will be open or closed in face angle and with that, will play with more or less loft then what is read on the sole. Sorry for my inability to type my message accross, sometimes I get a bit carried away. Hope I have added to this discussion in a helpful way.  Regards, Chris

Scratch Golf Polished Chrome Wedge PIC
Ari, Wow they are pretty, looks like it should be in a glass display case not at the end of a shaft with the chance of getting dirty. Well done again.

Leather grips
Gripmaster are great IMO, good if you are trying to shake a glove, be carefull when cleaning not to use soaps etc, but they give perfect feedback especially when combo'd with Forgings. Much improved on the old leather options. Chris.
