  1. Okay - how much for the shoes ?
  2. Great review of the driver. I appreciate the information and the pictures. It sounds like something that that I will be looking for now.
  3. I have had both of these so I will give it a go. The TM 300 tour is a deeper face and will hit the ball lower then the LFF in an identical loft. Forgiveness on the 300 tour will be better for high and low on the face but not inside to out. The LFF is similar to the 983K - slightly smaller head but will be more forgiving from heel to toe. It is a slightly higher launching head then the TM 300 tour. As for distance, I liked the Titleist better but I have always liked Titleist better. Both are very good heads and you will not go wrong with either. To me, the TM heads are fairly flat faced and do not feel as solid as Titleist. Titleist heads have more bulge and roll versus the TM heads.
  4. Great review. I have been waiting for some more information on this driver. Keep us informed on how it turns out over the weekend with some more rounds. I am also interested in that shaft and how it plays. Is the driver a deep bore head ?

BR and DM - I agree that it has been fun and I have enjoyed it and learned alot about my game. My handicap went stright up while doing this also though. I am currently back to playing my old 975J and while I am still messing around with some drivers, the rest of my bag is set. Thanks to CHris and everyone for the great Tourstage MR23 CB irons - which was part of my HOing dreams also - my game is back to where it was before I started and improving. My handicap is now a 5 and dropping still. It did balloon up to a 9 during the HOing.

Great post DM - I spent a year figuring out what you just said - why didn't you post this a year ago and save me money and I could have improved my game over the set back I had :o
  9. Here is a dinner phote for everyone
  10. Let me try this - also what are the rules.
  11. Sweet - thanks alot - I will be awaiting tomorrows class - what time does it start ? I wouldn't want to be late :D
  12. Okay - these are great - but how do you post pics ??
  13. Very sweet - now that I found this area - I will keep an eye out for this kind of finds.
  14. So what constitutes the gutter gang and what are the other rankings ?
  15. I will add my two cents worth - remember this is from a Titleist person also, but I am looking at the TM drivers. The market is set by two things - first is what people will pay - straight and simple - the second is from what a person feels like they should be able to make for profit. I could care less if a person sales a club for 50K - look at the Tiger Woods putter that was for sale. Most clubs are picked up fairly cheap from tour players - someone knows someone that can get them as a friend to a caddy that is making some money on the side. I know of a person that picked up a R7 from the tour van a couple of weeks ago for 350 - yes 350. They even shafted it for him with a shaft from a local store because he is 60 years old and the shaft he wanted was not available at the course. Some pros sale them for side money. The bottom line is that if you got a club for free and sold it for 1300 you still made a ton of money - is that right ? What amount of markup should you get ? Fair market value is one thing but rape is another. If pros want 2000 for one - and you can sale it for 3000 - go ahead - you make 50% or 1000 per club sold. Before long, someone will find out and quit doing it unless they find that acceptable. The way I look at it - if it is that much better then what I have - I will pay whatever it takes to get it. If it is just a fad - so be it. I play what works - but that is just me. Now - I want a putter that makes every putt - 18 putts a round - that is worth millions - anyone have one - I will take it sight unseen. :o
  16. I have not received it as of this morning. Can you tell who can add a site line and cost ? Also - how much offset does the neck have
  17. I was curious as to how the different GD shafts played. I like the look of the specs for the PM702 shaft and was curious how the other GD shafts from Japna were
  18. Send pics to me at [email protected] - also can you explain how you can have a site line added ?

TM is the least liked company at on course golf shops. THey are required to purchase in quantity and then end up closing them out for a loss. Don't worry, TM 500 series will be in Costco's before long.
  21. the numbers look very nice - Joe - what can you tell us about these shafts and the tour AD's ?
  22. Where can we get specs on all of these shafts ?
  23. Thanks - I have two friends that tried the release shafts and neither like them in a driver, I hit them and also thought that they were soft for flex. Tipping could change that
  24. Do they make any anser style putters without the plumber's neck ?
