  7. Hey Chris, So I'm thinking I will order a set of these around Christmas time (bonus money). I currently play Z101's that are +1/2, flat + I had the lofts changed (there were nowhere near spec) and I think is D3 swingweight. I assume I could get the MP-32's setup just like that but I have a question about the finish. Will the Black Chrome rust or wear like the MP- black ox wedges? Thanks
  8. What's the length of the Bettinardi? What kind/shape of the grip? Do you have any pics? Thanks
  9. What's the length of the Bettinardi? What kind/shape of the grip? Do you have any pics? Thanks
  10. another price reduction.... I'd like to sell this.....
  11. I bought this from Chris a few weeks ago played a few rounds (1 18 and 1 9 hole)with it and found it doesn't really do it for me. The Eldik is 34" and has the Royal grip V taper installed. $180.00US shipped in the US. Paypal preferred pics below pics are grainey due to Flash (just like brand new) includes Gauge headcover
  12. Balance Certified is a company that manufactures weights for installation in the buttend of golf clubs. Balance certification is a weight inserted butt end of the shaft. The weight counterbalances the club making the club more stable. I don't really know the technicalities (www.balance-certified.com) can explain it better. All I know is since I had it installed my putter stroke is one piece (smooth as butter) and everyone that has tried my TriHot wants it. I had it installed at a local golfstore ELJcustom (website the same name). The setup I purchased was the multiple weight system 10, 30 & 50 gram weights with a removal wrench, supposedly slower greens heavier weight faster greens lighter weight. After experimenting I found the 50 gram offered the best weighting (in the TriHot #3). I have since found a website that sells balance certified products that you can install yourself (without removing the grip) www.myostrichgolf.com (search for balance in the proshop section). I haven't bought anything from them yet but will be ordering soon. Also I have had my Eldik (originally 50 but putted better with the 30 gram), 54* wedge (30 gram) and Driver (30 gram) installed with the system. My wedge is more online now and the Driver (WOW!!!!) I'm hitting drives deeper and more on line than ever. I plan on having all my clubs fitted. I hope this helps.... Oh forgot to add cost; (Installed by local clubfitter not including grip) $75.00US for the three weight system (you really don't need this and almost a waste of money until I was able to switch out the 50gram which I had installed in the Eldik with the 30gram that came with the three weight system). $40.00 US for a single weight Install it yourself and it should be less It may be expensive but for me well worth the money my average putts per 18 has gone from (before BC) 32-35 to (after BC) 23-27 min-max last 6 rounds with the TriHot. Only played two rounds with the Eldik (putts were 36 and 29) so you can see my frustration with it.
  13. Sorry to hear that, Most of my misses are to the left with all neo mallets, many neo mallets sit square but people have a tendency to pull putts because they get handsy, your problem is the opposite, you probably have a very sound putting stroke and the open face is actually working the wrong way for you. I don't know, if its bad for the eye/brain its no good for you. we are each different animals. My misses use to be left with the Futura and right with the TriHot but I worked with the ProAim glasses for 3 weeks and it really got my putting stroke right on line. Also with the addition of the Balance Certified weight (TriHot) I'm not handsy at all.
  14. I also bought the 370 gram Eldik (Thanks Chris) but I have to say I haven't had much success with it. I was really excited when it arrived but on the practice green it just didn't feel right (I couldn't get comfortable with it, misses mostly short or right).. So I took it out on the course (Hoping it would be different, it wasn't) I missed so many putts to the right I was scratching my head! So I took the Eldik had the grip changed (it was to small) and had it Balance Certified. I am putting better with it but most of my misses are still to the right but distance is spot on (I seem to putt much better with my Odyssey Tri Hot #3). Right now I'm trying to decide if I will sell the Eldik or give it more time. We'll see.
  15. Are you physic or something? I was just about to post a question about this very subject. My post would have been: Ok my Z101's (which I love by the way) are 2* upright (which I knew). I purchased them in november and they were great. I took a few tune up lessons this summer to get my swing back in the grove and now every iron shot is a draw (not to the point of being a hook) but I cannot hit a fade to save my life. My grip is fine, very netural and I'm swinging in the slot (the pro is telling me) and is very consistant. I also was put on the lieboard and was right on the middle hashmark (but that was before the swing tune up). So, I'm thinking of having my clubs flattened. Should I go 1* or 2*? What would you do?
  16. These beauties may be the only clubs that could replace the Z101's. Totally Awesome.... Are these custom order only?
  17. Ok, I have ordered my Eldik, (should be here next week, thanks TourSpecGolfer) How durable is the teflon finish? Is there any special care needed? Thanks
  18. Yes! For the alignment issues I had. Seems I was always not lined up where i thought (all clubs, not just the driver). I used the proaim a few times and it showed me where my head was pointing, which in turn showed me where my sholders were pointing, which told me I was screwed up (sholders to the left of target, knees right in line to target). I have played twice since I started using proaim (2 nine holes) and on both days shot 2 over par. Also for putting I'm back to using my Futura exclusively. It seems the position the proaim has put me in makes it so much easier to line up putts. IMHO the Proaim is worth it's weight in gold, it helped me with my problem!
  19. MCsub, I see you are selling the Eldik as opposed to the other two putters. What didn't you like as much about it? I'm sitting on the fence trying to decide whether be purchase the Eldik as I already own a Futura and a Tri Hot #3. The Tri Hot fits my eye but I sink more putts with the Futura. I'm looking for a putter that both fits my eye and sinks more putts.
  20. I just picked up the Proaim glasses and I gotta say they work for me and not just putting. I went to the putting green after getting them in the mail and discovered that my alignment while putting was all off (I was way open, head cocked wrong wasn't keeing the putter on track) it's amazing I make any putts (and people call me a decent putter, Ha!). Well after adjusting my stance, head postion and swingpath I started dropping putts but it will take some time to get use to the new position the Proaim has put me in. Also I used the ProAim (for kick and grins on the 2nd hole, I only played 9 today) on the tee with my driver ( my biggest problem is hitting the ball left as in pull). I discovered that I was lined up all wrong (my feet were in the correct position but my sholders were pointing way left of target) and I was hitting across my body. The Proaim with the tracks showed the alignment problem and once fixed I shot 2 over par and thats because of a double on the 1st hole (I pulled my drive left into trees). Of all the gagets I have bought this one Proaim I will use and with the lowered price of 59.00 IMHO it is well worth it.
