  1. I bought this about 6 months ago from TSG. Easily 9/10 condition. Product number CB101J on TSG for more info. Only used it for 1 golf trip. $300.00, shipped to CONUS, Paypal only. Feel free to check my e-bay feedback, 100% positive, i.d. xraes66. Please e-mail all inquiries to: [email protected] Thanks
  2. I actually put the same shaft in a Hi-Bore and hated it. However, I didn't care for the head with a few other shafts so if I were you, I would put it in the head you've hit better, like better, etc. It's agreat shaft if it fits your swing. If it doesn't, it won't matter what head you stick on the end of it, IMO.
  3. Thanks for all the time put into this and info. Chris. I'm personally psyched you went with the Mizzies, that makes me feel even better about my set. I agree also about the custom finish option. I've played retail MP33's for several years and not only do my satin finish look awesome, I do think they feel softer. Thanks again !
  4. Trust Chris, not me. I've had mine a couple of weeks, but have only been able to play one round so far. I can't judge distances well at the range I use, but on the range, I love the feel (very solid, no hit high-pitched pings), ball flight and it sets up AWESOME! I like it so much I've put the 905R on hold (for now) which I thought was a done deal. More later after a few rounds on the course.
  5. It was demo day at my club and I was at the Mizuno tent checking out the gear while the sales rep. was off to the side on his cell. He saw my bag and casually pulled out my wedge and began checking it out. When he got off his phone, with no introduction, and while still holding MY club, he looks at me and says,"these are forgeries." Not to bore everyone with rest of the story, but even after my disclosing where I purchased them and him hitting 2 clubs, he said he still thought they we'ren't legit. I pulled out my MPUX2 and asked him if it was a fake too. He had no response. After keeping my mouth shut long enough, I told him I was absolutely as sure of the authenticity of my clubs as any he had for sale. What a d*ck!! Anyway, just thought I'd share my day. If anyone would appreciate it, it's fellow (LEGIT) equipment ho's.
  6. Can someone translate the Japanese script? WOW!!!
  7. Someone please tell me they've played this thing and LOVE it. I'm dying to pull the trigger, but the 905R release date gets closer! HELP!!! :tsg_smilie_whistle:
  8. WOW, how sweet is that! Mr.Z, or anyone else playing this, any reviews yet? Also, any more info. on differences between the black and blue models not already covered? I thought I was set to wait for the 905R, but..... :tsg_smilie_whistle:
  9. UGLY!! :tsg_smilie_sad: I would love to have seen Miz go after Scotty instead. I own a pre-Hogan Baby Bee and am a Mizuno freak but those do zero for me. To each his own.
  10. Chris, Does it come 33inches and how much? :tsg_smilie_money3: :tsg_smilie_cool:
  11. AA, From one Mizzie fan to the other, GO WITH THE MIZ!! That driver sets up sweet imo, but the only time I tried it was with an NV shaft that wasn't close for my swing. I've got a red diamana on order from Chris, and I was actually thinking of putting it in the 500 or waiting for the 905R. Either way, you can't go wrong.
  12. Oh no, I thought I was done for a while! Those look SCHWEEET! :tsg_smilie_money3: :tsg_smilie_money3:
  13. I bought my Mizzies from TSG last month. They are MP32'4-6 iron, MP33 7-PW satin finish with a gold m stamp. NS Pro 1150 stiff shafts. I love them! :tsg_smiley_yes: I've played 33's for years and find the shafts similar to DGS300's. As far as the customization, I think it's well worth it. To me, the satin looks understated but people who know golf gear definitely stop and check them out. I bought the MPT wedges to match but they couldn't replace my vokies. Chris, tourspecgolfer, is the contact. He is great to deal with and always responds promptly to pm's. I think my irons only took about 5-6 weeks from order to arrival. I've played about 12 rounds with them and they do have a little bag chatter, no worse or maybe even a little better than chrome. I believe the nickel may be even softer and I would assume less durable from nicks, etc. I thought about iron covers but these beauties are too cool to cover :tsg_smiley_laughatyou: Thanks again Chris!
  14. I'm dying to try the Diamana Red , thinking about 73 gram stiff. Currently playing a 905T with stock Speeder shaft stiff flex. Any advice on driver head choices for this shaft? Is the tip diameter of the Diamana compatible with my 905T or possibly with the 905R when it comes out? Any help is appreciated. :tsg_smilie_cool:
  15. I've looked at their site before and their putter covers are WAY cool :tsg_smiley_yes: Does anyone know if they happen to make driver covers, if so, I've not seen them.
  16. Jan Craig are cool, but I've found they don't wear very well. I'll keep looking. :tsg_smiley_yes:
  17. If I play today, I could use two, high of 40 degrees. :tsg_smilie_sad: Plus 1, did I read correctly somewhere else you're playing G' Eagles this weekend? I'm trying to get a group from here (louisiana) to make the trip over next summer for a golf marathon. I'd love to talk to you about it sometime. Thanks
  18. Anybody got ideas on where to find a cool import driver headcover? I remember some posts recently for Japanese putter covers, but from what I remember, all the sites were in Japanese (which I can't read , yet). It's obviously winter when the focus becomes gear, not golf. :tsg_smilie_wah: Thanks
  19. Thanks guys, I'm glad you like. Zodia, I like the three wood better than my previous ('05 Callaway ) for two reasons. I can definitely work the ball better and higher ball flight - which is good for me. I am giving up some distance versus the Callaway, but the trade-off is worth it for my game. The irons are great! I can't compare to the NC-1's but I don't miss my mp-33's at all! I am used to playing 4 wedges so I may look for 52, 56, and 60 if gauge makes 'em. If not, I'll play three and add a 23 degree UXT. It took a little range time to get used to the offset of the 20 degree, but it is the bomb! Unlike the previous utilities I've played, Sonartec and Callaway most recently, I feel like I can swing as hard as I want and control the flight; may have something to do with steel shaft? Hope that helps. :smile1:
  20. Oh yeah, here's what's in the bag!
  21. Thanks for your help Chris. I know the pictures don't do the bag justice, but everything plays as good as it looks. :gauge: :mizuno: :scotty: :titleist: :tourstage:
  22. Very cool paintfill. I played my second round today with my new MB2's. Unbelievable. I can't believe how "solid" they feel. I don't know how much is the head or shaft (NS pro 1150, stiff) but I love them. For someone who has played MP33's for years, I can't imagine going back to them any time soon. If it helps, I have a driver SS of 105-110 and hit a low trajectory. I have a higher ball flight with these definitely versus my mizzies with dgs 300's. I do have a question for anyone. The wedges are destroying the ball. Unreal spin, but Prov1's don't last two wedge shots, V1x seem to fair a little better. Any recs. for a high performance ball that can tolerate these wedges. Hope to have pix. of the new gear soon! :gauge:
  23. Plus 1, just like your logo, you're the bomb!
