GD w70 vs. 660 TR
I read Chris's comments regarding GD shafts. Can you compare the W70 to a 660 TR. My opinion the 660 Tr is the smoothest shaft I have ever put in a driver.

What items would you like to see in the Catalog?
Graphite design shafts More accesories - heacovers, shoes , T shirts and logo golf shirts. Shipping rates More "hard" equipment even if it is on backlog, just so you can see specs. and what is available in Japan.

Help!
Do you know that inside the trunk can reach over 250* on a 100* outside the trunk? A hair dryer alone can melt and move the rat glue.just my 2 cents ! joe Joe, I hear you on the heat and glue slide. Always respect your opinion. I did not post to debate cost. I justed posted as an option to your work - plus allot of builders use that "stuff". If I new from the get go that my raw duffy would work out and I had the patience to wait - It would have been sent your way. Mike is not your only big fan - you have a great rep. and are always kind enough to respond to questions. Thanks :smile2: No worry at all! I'm not trying to be neat picking here, I'm just trying to give you a head up about rat glue issue. I never have an issue about my cost, I only have 2 hand to work on the club anyway...I can't handle more that i got now, unless i can hire an employee who got the same quality of my work w/ a reasonable salary that i can afford. However if i do find one, do you think he'll work for me and if he does...do you think he'll stay loyal?BTW, Most head use only around 3 - 7 grams rat glue which will very likely effect the ball flight ( i doubt it ) but when we added more than that , I would have to say depends where the glue will end up when you took them out of a hot trunk. Today is in the toe and tomorrow is in the heel, next week is in the back,etc...can we get a consistent feel out of it? At least I don't like having some doubt w/ my stick. Again It's only my 2 cents. Bottom line is we are having a healthy and fruitfull discussion, right? joe :smile2: Joe, I am glad you did not take offense. You are always the gent - and always willing to share info. and may I say always correct ( X flex 660 vs. S flex). I will keep the window and sun roof slightly open to my truck. When I win the lotto the lear jet will make a stop by the shop to pick you up  AK

Help!
Mike - I believe Joe K does not recomend foaming driver heads. As for weight - my local guy charges $10 for heads to be weighed internally using rat glue. I asked for 216 in a 3 wood and got 216 grams. I like that kind of serice. And provided that the heat does not reach 190° in my car I do not have to worry about the stuff sliding inside.

Shaft Pullers
I use a homemade spreader that costs me $20. Someone posted this a while back. I would like to get a nicer one however. You cannot go wrong with anything Mitchell - the stuff just breathes quality.
