Could you provide pictures of the clubs? I would like to see all of these differences. The V2 you have is a tour issued club and i have only seen them in 2,3,4.

My friend was telling me about this set. Knowing how Ping's cast irons were soft I would love to see how these feel.

If this is anything like the 510TP then I might have to look into getting one.

It almost has a Honma and Taylor Made r7 Tour Preferred look to it. I wonder how it will do in the Asian market.

You are going to have to experiment on how much lead tape you need to use to get to the desired swing weight. The other way you can get the swing weight down is to cut the shaft a touch shorter to get a lighter swing weight.

Do you want to decrease the swing weight by itself without caring for the dynamic weight? If so then take the grip off, wrap some lead tape around the butt end, regrip and then you will have a lower swing weight. BTW great looking wedge. Those grooves do look like they would shred some golf balls.

If it performs does it make a difference?

I was able to do LM testing indoors and outdoors from the fairway and out of the rough. We even sprayed balls in both conditions and we noticed a 50% drop in RPMs when the ball was not perfectly clean.

You cannot go wrong with either iron. Both are Endo forged and both have fantastic feel. I know this doesn't help but they both are very good.

I was able to do extensive testing with pros and myself and neither of us found a substantial difference with cleanly struck shots off of the fairway. This was confirmed with launch monitor testing too. Were you able to use the same wedge design using different grooves? Head designs do make a difference in spin as well. The biggest difference in spin is going to be out of the rough and shots that are not cleanly struck.

As always a great review gocchin. Being able to hit both conforming and non conforming grooves in a launch monitor and outdoors there is not a difference at all on clean shots. The biggest difference is when the ball is wet and/or coming out of the rough. This is where the spin decreased about 50%.

I think Precept as a brand is more or less looked down upon. The Tourstage name would give the US a new look and a better way to jump start Bridgestone in the US.

What is with the TM tour van? That is not the tour van they had last year. The one they had last year was much bigger.

What are the specs of this shaft? How is the condition of the shaft? Will it fit in a TM head? Thanks
