  1. Anybody have any great putter suggestions on a putter that is 360 grams or heavier. Right now, I use a Yes Tracy and so far this is the best putter I've used. I'm wondering if I would like a slightly heavier putter even more? I feel that it is hard to find out how much putters weigh. Not everyone provides that information; whether its manufacturers or even putters you find on eBay. How heavy is the "The Fat Lady Swings" putter? I'm open to all suggestions, old or new.

I would love to have all of the great, expensive putters at my disposal and have a putt-a-thon. I would love to test them all out against my Yes Tracy. I would love to know what putter (if any) out there could out-perform my tracy. That would be fun and probably very "eye opening" to many golfers. Seriously.
  3. It seems as though this comparison of quality irons would each have the same shaft installed. You won't be able to get accurate information if everyone is hitting different shafts combined with different heads. The best thing to do is get all of these heads fitted with the same shaft. Once a winner emerges, then you take the winning head and try different shafts. That would be the only true way to know what the best combination would be. IMO, of course.
  4. This is by far the sweetest driver I've seen. I need to work the corner in order to afford it, but I might just do that.

I agree. This is all a bunch a BS! Tour players can have anything they want, either buy purchasing or getting it for free. Where are all of their Japanese drivers and fairway woods, etc......? Japanese clubs look better and sound better (marketing) and all of that, but what's really behind it all? I just played with a guy on Sunday that owned an old ceramic faced driver and he was only 5 to 10 yards behind me all day long! I hit my driver between 280-310. It all boils down to the Indian and not the Arrow people. We are all on this site because we love golf and we are whores! Thats it!
  6. That would be awsome. I would love to have these available in the U.S. I think they would sell like mad, seriously. People love to be individuals and express themselves. There is too much consistency in golf and these would really let people get crazy.
  7. The Tracy II is an awesome putter. I bought five different Yes putters awhile back so that I could test all of them. It came down to the Tracy and Tracy II. I ended up choosing the Tracy model, but you'll love the Tracy II. Nothing rolls the rock with better distance control/true roll as the Yes putters. :tsg_smiley_yes:
  8. That is all you are going to say about the sickest driver out right now! You've got to be kidding me? Give us some details!
  9. I think these look sweet. I might be interested in the blade. I just love to see the word "Mizuno" on things. Quality shizzle!
  10. I think these putters look sweet. Do any of these come in a 35"?
  11. Don't have a lot of posts, but ya never know, right? Sign me up!
  12. Thats messed up chris! You know my weakness for this driver. Forget Fired, this driver will get me divorced!

Thanks for the info. This is the kind of stuff I need to know. Thanks.

I think I'm leaning toward the Zcom BW 65, the Axiv, and the Evolution. Nobody has the PT-6 or 7 except for Chris. Right? If I'm wrong I'd like to hear what others have to say about it. Im not sure if my swing is aggressive. I do have a quick tempo. I also have a tendency to have my hands a head of the clubhead at impact which is giving me that big huge fade or nasty slice. I just need to work on getting the clubhead square at impact. Sounds so easy. It's weird because when I first started playing golf three years ago, driving was the best part of my game. I would hit it long and straight. As time goes on, I'm getting better with my irons, putter, and short game and my driver is failing me. I find that I perform better with my driver when I don't practice. I just wait till I get to the course, look at the fairway and let my mind and natural swing do the rest. When I try and think about what I need to do in order to produce a good drive I do worse. Anybody get that?

Thanks guys. I appreciate all the input.

I read a good review on the Zcom BW65. I think this shaft just moved up into the running. Just knocked out the 757.

I've tried looking for info on the PT -6 and 7 because I've heard you say that you like them. Could you PM me all of the specs? Right now I'm leaning toward the Axiv and the Evolution. I've heard nothing but good things about them. Why a regular over the stiff? What is your swing speed? The 757 is in like 3rd place right now on my list. Thanks for the info.

I've narrowed my shaft choices down, but I think I need input in order to pick the best choice for me. My average swing speed is around 106mph and I don't have a problem with distance, but I want to be more accurate. I want a lot of feel and fairly low torque. I've narrowed it down to these shafts: Fujikura Zcom BW65 Speeder 757 Vista Tour 60 or 70 Rombax 7V05 Speeder 660 TR Axiv 6564M Accuflex Evolution I would really like to hit all of these shafts, but that won't be possible. Actually, I havn't hit any of them. That's why I really need some insight on this. From what I've heard about the Evolution, it doesn't look like I could go wrong. The shaft is like $90 right? This shaft will probably be going in a J33R 460. The PRGR T3 that I wanted is just too spendy for me. I don't think that the performance difference between the two drivers would be worth $500+. I'll take any suggestions. Thanks.
  20. I just recieved my 2 putter covers in the mail today. Very nice. Very soft leather, and they turned out great. I got the Samauri headcover and one with my signature on it. Both have my favorite number on each side of the cover as well. They have a very snug fit on my Yes Tracy putter. Great addition to the bag. Thanks MPC.
  21. Very simple but very classy looking. I like it. I really like the quality golf equipment that doesn't get too crazy. It's all about style. Like the T3 Blue/Black and these new G clubs. Simple is better.
  22. The driver looks great. Can't wait to hear what you think about it. Where can I get grips like that? Those are sweet.
  23. That's one of the best looking mallet putters I've ever seen. I think that the 2 sight lines would be much better than one. It allows your minds eye to draw a thicker line. Kinda like the sensation of the 2 ball. I think that the wider sight lines help you see where you want to roll the ball a lot better. Can you get this putter in a 35" length?
  24. Yea, thanks for that. That makes me feel better. I'm really speechless about the Colts. What can you say about a season like that. All those wins on top of the momenum and then they just play like crap. I don't get it. Not too happy!
  25. I was thinking about the ViQ's as a possible future set as well, but the more I look at them, I like them less and less. The XXIO's look better in my opinion. I base a lot of my decisions on looks though. You might base your opinions more on the feel or performance, and I don't know either of those things about these irons. I care about feel and performance as well, but like I've said before, If you don't love the way your clubs look you won't play as well.
