  1. I need to get more $$$ for my putter purchase...so some closet cleaning is in order. Starting with this BOM. It is in excellent shape, with the only blemish being a tiny scratch on the underside of the hosel...cannot be seen at address. I will shaft this with any one of the following: Mercury Performance Stiff Mercury Performance Reg Grafalloy Blue Stiff $125.00 delivered.
  2. The site is not compatable with Firefox or Opera....which is not good...TSG is the only site where I have to drop my other favorite browsers and get IE.
  3. 80 bucks for full set 4.5 or 6.0's http://stores.yahoo.com/dynacraftgolf/roprrise3.html

Hue, entering a std 198gm head, 45" shaft, std 2-piece ball (45.96 gms) with no wind, the best results I got (in terms of absolute carry) is 11° head. Here's what the results showed: Actual Launch angle-9.6° Ball speed-154 Initial ball spin-3412 rpm Final ball spin-2083 rpm Air time-7.1 sec Total carry- 260

I think your sources might be wrong... A 90 MPH SS with a reg flex shaft in a 10° head will get you a carry of 187 yards (with a launch angle of 8.8) with a flight time of 4.8 seconds . The most optimal combination for you would be a 14° head....this will produce a launch angle of 11.9 for a total carry of 209 yards and flight time of 6.3 seconds. Remember..."Loft is your friend"
  11. I cannot recommend highly enough the EXTREMELY under-publicized KZG U clubs. These set up square, no offset and these sucker deliver the goods better than any UTility club I've hit...and I've hit about all of them...including the Nak, Hogans, QS, Jacks, Miz, TM's..etc. These do look similar to the Naks in that they have a more curvature in the sole...but not quite as much which makes this a better head to hit off flat surfaces...this is also a much easier club to hit...forgiving (which you NEED in a U-club...)...and retails for about 100 bucks less than the Nak. This is without a doubt, the "Sleeper Club" of 2004. Slip in a Mercury Performance shaft and you've got the ultimate club.
  12. Looking seriously at the Eldik....but would consider other japanese models if the heel to toe length is at 4.5" or longer. If no one has anything, I'll be relegated to go to Chris and pay big bucks....deprving my family of the Christmas gifts they're counting on...etc... So Step up people and show me what ya got!
  13. Did you see my ad for the Bobby Grace? http://www.tourspecgolf.com/modules.php?na...c&p=61201#61201

Yeah, theres two threads going on right now.... Go to the Iron Factory. they're the best.

Oddly enough, I sent a head to Jim at CCC this morning...I've sent him about a dozen so far...each one a different color. Matter of fact, go to his site and you'll see my Green Nemesis he made for me. Also, if you go to FGI, I started a thread there yesterday asking oters who've had heads done by Jim to post pictures of them...you'll see some quality work. As far as Irons.... the Iron Factory does all my irons exclusively... I had an idiot who drilled holes in his DLIII Vokey wedges to lighten them.. After he sobered up, he brought them to me for repair...I sent them to TIF and they filled them and not only couldn't you tell there were holes there before...but they returned the weight to the original spec!
  17. Gotta do it Guys.... First up.... MacGregor Bobby Grace M5k Putter w/Accuflex Assassin II shaft. A Gem of a putter for the season...Comes with the original 34" steel MacGregor Shaft with a Blue Winn grip. However, halfway thru the season, I inserted an Accuflex Assassin II shaft at 35" and not only did it help my somewhat erect stance, but the ball felt better, and came off a tad faster which seemed to solve my occasional "shorties". The combination od the Candy Apple red shaft with the silver and gold Mac head topped off with the new WINN V 17AVS grip made for a cool looking and performing putter. I'm selling this with the Accuflex shaft inserted AND the MacGregor shaft included. THis club is a 8.5-9 out of ten with the only blemish being a small ding on the upper edge of the face (can be seen in one of the pictures here). http://www.alltimevideo.com/mac1.jpg http://www.alltimevideo.com/mac2.jpg http://www.alltimevideo.com/mac3.jpg http://www.alltimevideo.com/mac4.jpg PRICE: $125.00 Next..... KZG CH-II 3-Wood 13° in Candy Red with matching red KZG shaft made by Penley. There is absolutely no dings, scratches etc...just some standard wear on the sole and face from two seasons worth of golf. Comes with Leather-ette headcover. http://www.alltimevideo.com/ch31.jpg PRICE: $90.00 And finally..... Mizuno T-3 Zoid Ti 3-wood that has been literally sitting in the rack for two years collecting dust. It has a stiff EI-70 shaft and needs a good home. http://www.alltimevideo.com/miz3.jpg PRICE: $25.00
  18. Hey! Where'd THAT come from???? Okay, since ya did so good...what kinda deal can you get me on an eldik? Do they come center shafted?

Holy crap, there's not enough bandwith on this site for me to list all the different shafts I've tried this year!
  21. Can you be thinking of the House Of Forged? www.houseofforged.com
  22. Personally, I'd recommend you get the wedge that has the cosmetics you like and the weight you want...regardless of performance. Then invest a few bucks and send it to the Iron Factory where they will transform it into the best performing wedge you'll ever own. THis is the place where many pros (including Woods, Love, Sergio etc) have their wedges re-grooved.
  23. I'm sure the bag will appeal to these guys.... Matter of fact, I think the guy in the middle is WEARING the bag as a jacket! :surprize:
