  1. Hi there and welcome to the forums. The new AD Hybrids haven't been released yet so it's going to be hard to find feedback from anyone who has actually played them. If you haven't already seen live pics, there are some in this thread here: http://forum.tourspecgolf.com/index.php?showtopic=25550 Your older Honma 4 wood is probably around 16-17 degrees so a 19 or 22 hybrid would be good, though there might be a bit of a gap. What's the loft on your 4 iron?
  2. The QT is a great shaft too, but seems like it's an even better FW shaft than driver shaft. It's softer tip and lower kick will provide higher ball flight, I gotta get one in my FW... (^_^)
  3. That's probably a good idea as the X-Drives play pretty true to loft even though the 460 is one of the higher launching X-Drives. I'd suggest Roddio or Axiv with the X-Drive, I think ajaykkr and maybe idrive (had?) too has an Axiv in their X-Drives with good results. If you don't mind a 70g shaft and your bad shot is left, the V7072 is a good choice as is a Roddio W6BA or WA depending on your tempo and transition. Both those shafts would work good in the X-Drive, with the Roddio providing slightly higher trajectory, and perhaps softer feel.
  4. Loft you're thinking of getting? What kind of trajectory are you looking for?
  5. I totally understand what you mean. They are smaller than the real tour bags. Most of the pro model tour bags are 5-6kg while the mini versions are like 4-5kg. Less bulky.
  6. Well they are indeed available from True Temper Japan... I will double check with Chris on their availability to TSG and if there are any pricing differences...
  7. The Japan Mizuno cart bag is a very good choice. I personally really like the Bridgest Paradiso cart bag. It doesn't quite have the mini tour bag look but it is very functional with an abundance of pockets and won't break your back (or bank) if you need to carry it. http://www.tourspecgolf.com/proshop/p1379/...oduct_info.html Both Mizuno bags are very slick looking and are definitely the mini tour bag look. Another good thing about both the Mizuno's is that they have a slightly larger 9.5" opening making it a little easier to get at your clubs.
  8. As I said in my PM The Eldik GDO was limited to 100 pieces. Aluminum body, tungsten weights and the back end is SUS303. The original trip is a mid size minus ion grip and shaft is a Nippon shaft. Total weight is a whopping 560-570g!!!
  9. Any weight preference, material preference, how much stuff do you carry, ie how many pockets do you need?
  10. Not even a hint of rust here and they are my gamers as well... copper plated goes pretty deep.
  11. It's a new carbon weave concept Axiv has for men and ladies. When we have more details we'll let everyone know.
  12. Yes he's talking about the V-Spec... my guess is between 240-250 with a 5 inch clamp on the Epon head.
  13. I have a 58*, it's actually the Sky Dream Jump wedge but it is the same head as the 6150TG. I'm very happy with the wedge... the milling on the face is very fine and high quality. It puts fantastic bite on the ball. If you are a fan of compact sized wedges, this is the one for you. Soft feel and nice finish. The grind helps me get under the ball pretty fast. It is my gamer right now paired along with a 52* Epon Copper X. Two very different wedges but they compliment each other in the bag. I'm actually considering picking up a 6150TG cause I like the wedge so much... Here's the Sky Dream Jump but it's exactly the same thing except the brand and markings...
  14. I'm a big fan of Iomic so i had to give these a try. Had a bunch arrive today. Gonna stick some on all my clubs!
  15. White-Tiger-San is the man Goldenhawk! What would you do without him! (^_^)
  16. Here it is but some of the players are out of date: http://www.golfdigest.co.jp/news/pro_gear/default.asp
  17. Usual length loft lie, finish, shafts.... also they can engrave/stamp names, words etc. I can't see why they couldn't vary head weights but Chris would have to confirm that.
  18. Understood. This is a great price, you won't have trouble selling it. (^_^)
  19. Jack are you sure man? You comments are, very forgiving, ultra smooth and stable shaft, great combo and you understand why everyone loves this driver.... but you're selling it. Wouldn't you rather find a shaft that brings your launch down?
  20. Chris has hit them both already. So we'll wait for him to chime in with some comparisons.
  21. Ed, all three irons you mention are fantastic player's CB's. You honestly could not go wrong with any of them. The Type J would be a nice transition from blades as the J itself is the most blade like. The X-Forged are forged by Endo as you probably know and the R7 Forged is very popular in Asia and on Asian tours and a great looking iron. Have you had a chance to hit the X-Forged yet at any shops?
  22. Nope that is Reina Tanaka from Morning Musume. Shinichi, the P9003 is considerably stiffer than the shaft in the 460P which was probably soft for an X Flex. The P9003 is in the bag of some of the hardest hitters on the JPGA guys who swing 115-125mph so it's not soft that's for sure.
  23. The P9003 has been on the Japanese tour as a prototype all summer. It's in the bag of quite a few pros. Only available in X Flex and good for swings up to 125mph...
  24. G-Field CCB-1 Cavity Back irons. One of the most forgiving undercut design CB's from the Japanese market. 4-PW heads only. The 4 iron and PW are brand new and never shafted. Signs of 3 months of regular usage, no gouges or dings or scratches as headcovers were always used. Parallel tip 0.370 so good with pretty much any iron shaft steel or graphite including shimmed taper tip. The picture of the face is the most used 9 iron. $400 - Shipped in North America
