More Epon Fakes on Ebay?
They are not just fakes but fakes of a model that does not even exist. Again I feel sorry for the people who get ripped off by these listings. Goes to show fakes can come from anywhere... even Houston! I reported the listing and I suggest you guys do as well.

Open model head that is just like the Zone Sprout and Geotechs. J Beam is known for their drivers not irons. I wouldn't bother with the irons.

It especially excels for the faster and harder swinger and may independent reviewers in Japan rate it as the longest driver bar none. Several customers who swing over 115mph have seen gains of 20+ yards on their drives. Yeah I wish I could swing that fast as well!

Truth About Fourteen Golf Co.
Actually it was over 2 years ago and it was discussed on the forum here at that time. Not that much has changed though as they still operate as separate entities and as far as I know don't share common manufacturing at least in most cases, or at least not in the last 2 years. We have direct relationships with both and still contact them and treat them as separate companies.

RC vs vs. Tourstage 705 driver
Tourstage is much more well known for the drivers while RC is better known for fairway woods and utilities. That said both are good drivers. The 705 is very technologically advanced, ie ribbed crown with variable thickness, dual area face, chemically milled body, premium forged VL Titanium etc. The RC is more no frills. Both provide that solid but soft feel and both are made for the better player. At this point the 705 is so new it's hard to compare performance yet as I haven't gotten the demo yet. I did like the Tour VS though as it had a penetrating trajectory and very nice feel.

Romaro clubs??
Romaro is a remnant of the defunct Gauge Design Japan. When Gauge went under, some former employees started up Romaro. We had carried their product in the past due to Chris' very close ties with Gauge however we stopped due to their terms and high costs. Chris will know better but Romaro may also be Kyoei made?

As far as I know all elastomer Iomic grips are and still will be made in Japan, as that's a process only Japan uses unlike ABR or other rubber manufacturing elsewhere. Many Japanese companies are worried about fakes, China is copying everything these days. They recently even released a car that had the front end of a Toyota Corolla and the rear of a Honda Accord and they had no problems admitting copying the cars, they even sold them promoting those facts!! Crazy. Iomics are already be faked in China: Real Iomic on left, fake from China on right:

Exactly C, they thought the carbon ones were too distracting so they went with black and single line.

Yes you can simply use any ferrule now with Epon as they no longer offer the carbon looking ones. They decided that the irons looked much more clean with simple black ferrules also too many Epon accounts were getting the carbon ferrules and using them for other brand iron reshafts.

Epon 701 and 502 loft* info needed
B, if you're hitting your 7 iron 155 meters.... that's like 170y... that is pretty darn good. You could play stiff steel no problem with that distance. You shouldn't play graphite shafts under 90g as you don't need to.

B, the 502 8 iron is 35* and the 7 iron in the 701 is 31* plus the 701 is naturally more of a distance performer.

Crazy Shaft (extra care needed)
I have owned several Crazy shafts as have many forum members here and personally have not had a problem. To break a shaft whether it be Crazy or any other shaft like that has to be pretty extreme.

I think that's the key here too, as long as its not windy, and the sun's out, if the round is going at a good pace it's easy to stay warm even in single digit temps.

Steve I have no idea what the JPX 800 Pro even looks like. It's not a Japanese model. The VG3 is available for customization directly from Titleist Japan including loft, lie, shafts and lengths.

Crazy Shaft (extra care needed)
Typically winter temps here in Chiba average around 6-8C with Jan and Feb getting a few days around 2-5C. We rarely see snow. Maybe light snow twice in 2 years. Next week is forecasted to be around 21-22C which is still pretty good for November. They key is, as Stewart knows, courses here are meticulously maintained. People pay a lot for golf so the the conditions of the courses even in the winter are always top notch. Southern Japan as far south as Okinawa stays around 20-22C all through the winter.

Gary (Goodsie) was pretty much right on the money with his explanation. The tip section walls are indeed thinner and that is one of the reasons for the shafts' explosive performance. And the key is the glass particles in the shaft, they do not flex as easily as rubber particles in lower end shafts and this is the reason also they have such consistent timing and less deformation and rounding. ant - will you be out playing golf in -10C temperatures? I don't know many players who will so that's a scenario I don't have an answer for though if you hit the frozen ground fat it could hurt any club. (^_^)

Baldo
We received a driver sample over half a year ago to evaluate whether we should carry it... As you can see we decided against it. workmanship was terrible, cost high. Price is comparable to Kamui but with far less quality and no customizations. I will check it out again to see if they have improved.

Crazy CRZ450 vs Kamui 456
The Crazy head is rather low spin and runs a lot. Both the Crazy and Kamui are real loft drivers meaning if you order a 9* it will be 9* actual. There are several players on this forum who use the CRZ-435 with various crazy shafts with great success as well as players who have done great with Kamui and Quadra combos. Both drivers are very good, the Crazy probably spins less but the Kamui has more customization possibilities...

Crazy CRZ450 vs Kamui 456
Here in Japan and among our customers the Crazy 435 (445cc) is far more popular than the 450. Both are great drivers (435 vs Kamui 456) and its really more about which fits you. You haven't provided much about your swing or what you are looking for in a driver so it's hard to recommend one or the other.

Titleist VG3 Forged Irons (JAPAN ONLY)
VG3 vs E600 Forged VG3 has less offset, top line about the same, thinner sole, shorter face length... overall smaller. Just as forgiving and just as good feeling if not better.

UST FF or Nippon putter shaft??
I like the Nippon. I tried the FF twice and just could not get used to the feel. Firstly its light and secondly I felt it deadens the feel of the putter which is the opposite of what it supposed to do I think.

Driver shaft for epon 102 driver? Ive narrowed down to three choices
All 3 shafts are heavier and spin low so will naturally bring your ball flight down a touch than the lighter whiteboafd. All three should handle your lag and if anything stay with the fade. I would consider either the DI7x or the 9003 X. The 9003x X is a bit on the heavy side, and that's a pretty big jump from the D63. The DI actually has the most similar stiffness distribution as the white board. The white board is soft butt, stiff mid, stiff tip. The DI is standard butt, stiff mid, stiff tip. The 9003 is stiff but, standard mid, stiff tip. The DI would feel most like the shaft you have but heavier which provides more control, more stabilty and even less spin.
