WTB: driver shaft
shopping for a new shaft for my R7 460, right now using the standard fujikura Stiff. my swing speed is about 105 and distance is about 280. i remember my ball speed is 155-160. sometimes my ball launch is higher than i like, and ... my ball is rather straight or little left due to active right rist so i am looking for a shaft that is about 65g-75g, low torge and mid kick. my budget is about $120, i am not looking for ultra-premium shafts since my driver head isnt ultra-premium, as goes for my skill. i am currently looking at aldila VS 70 S, but i am open to any recommendations, one pull or 10 pulls are fine as long as its in good condition. pictures will be apreciated thanks

looks fine to me except the "Shadow" on the bottom and the sight line. and maybe only 1 "circle T" is enough.

can anyone tell me what is the difference between 1-5 star. i know there are stars on the shaft and head. i have seen a 4 star head and 2 star shaft!! aint they together? my friend told me that each star cost about 1000US why such a huge difference?

center or heel shafted?
i am thinking about purchasing a new putter, just because my nickent Pipe really suck big time. i tried afew different putters and thinking about the cameron red X2 what do you guys think and suggest? which kind do you prefer? center or heel shafted? why? and the type of putting stroke will help me too my putting stroke is rather round like a golf swing. but the center shafted putter just feels so solid and my distance control was better too ... helps!! regard

which shaft?
i have a question, right after reading the topic "axiv shaft:custom fitting", do you fit into a shaft that you want? or do you fit into a shaft that kidda correct your mistake? because i have alway thought that if you have a very fast transition, then you should use a stiff flex to minimize head-shaft lag at impact. and use a softer flex that you can handle. if you hit a ball too high then you shouldnt use a tip soft shaft. of course a swing change will make things easier... or harder i guess my question is... do you fit into a shaft that you desire?... such as ball flight... or do you fit into a shaft that maximize your performens?...such that lower/raise your ball flight, reduce spin and such? or both of them? desire and maximize? or maybe the question is apply differently to ppl of different skill level cheers Ziv
