Its all about the feel and these baby's definitely have the perfect blend of soft and hard. I have a 56 degree 10 bounce wedge from Hiro Matsumoto and it has been going up and up against the best wedges I have ever owned the custom Mizzy's. The custom mizzy's are of a harder feel but that could be because they are satin vs Hiro's black finish. The head shape and profile would be considered very safe and conservative much like mizuno's grinds as well. The finish is absolutely amazing soft and not glaring at you, Its as durable as every other black finish, even more than the black tourstage is using. Its got a grind/bounce setup that I consider very user friendly.

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh, can you give me one?

Chris, I assume there is a 60* in this series. What bounce and grind does the LW have?

the 60 has only 6 degrees of bounce but the 58 has 12.

That's cool of them to put the loft and bounce right on the wedge. Definitely nice looking wedges!

Way overpriced at 229.00 + shipping :surprize: :wah:

Wow..... that really does sound very expensive for a wedge.

Overpriced??? well, when you consider the price of their irons this does not suprise me.

Chris... I don't know if you have seen the new "T Series" wedges from Mizuno.

I just saw some photos on that wedge today and they really look nice.

Selling price here in the states is around $109

Big difference from the Hiro.

Oh yes I have a couple T series wedges coming for myself, they are custom satin w NS 850's. I highly suggest NS 850's in wedges for feel players. The T-Series is one of the sweetest wedges I have ever tried. I assume the U.S and Japanese versions are the same except for finish and stampings but the Japan spec ones I have tried are insane. Very excited about them.

I think all Japanese Irons should cost no more than 1375.00 but these days Hiro and MOZ are really shooting for a new group, the Boutique Player who in Japan would drive a Ferrari, son of a tycoon, golf all day etc etc...the metro-sexual in regards to golf equipment. :pot:
