October 6, 200421 yr I was reading the other thread about the ultimate combo sets http://www.tourspecgolf.com/modules.php?na...ewtopic&t=10163 and was wondering - has anyone received/ordered a Mizuno MP 27, MP 32 combo set? I'm thinking custom M stamped 3-6 in MP 27, 7-PW MP 32 in satin or black. I'd love to see if these matched up well. Or if you have pics of some other combo Miz sets you've done please post pics :cool: These pics are from other threads.
October 6, 200421 yr That's what I was just thinking this morning. 3,4,5 in MP - 27 5,6,7,8,9,p in MP 32would be sweet. Satin and M Stamps please. :love: The MP 32 is pretty forgiving IMO so I would want both 5 irons and decide later.
October 6, 200421 yr Does the finish effect the feel - satin vs. black? Never had a Mizuno set in either.....always polished chrome.
October 7, 200421 yr Just ordered a set of MP-27's essentially just like Chris's set, satin finish with "M" stamp, Nippon shafts, etc. Looking forward to receiving them.
October 7, 200421 yr i didn't notice how much the black affected feel until i hit a few balls with my old mp29's and they felt like rocks comparatively. if you get the black mizunos, be prepared to talk about them to every person at every tournament you play in. not such a bad problem though. :love:
October 7, 200421 yr Author Anyone order or receive a satin set of the MP-32s? I'd really love to see pics. I think this is what I'm going to go for. I just demoed them and I think they feel great and were forgiving enough for my game.
