Broke the Fuji SIX in my J340...SIX vs 553?

After breaking the Fuji SIX in my driver and before reshafting, I wondered if any TSG member can give me a comparison between the SIX and 553?

I love the distance that the SIX offers and do not want to give that distance up...but I do hit a few big hooks[i'm a natural fader] with the SIX when I go really go after a drive.

Would the 553 offer similar distance but give me a tighter dispersion?

My ss is 110 in with the driver.

Thanks.

The SIX was one of the longest shafts I´ve ever had. If you have any chance to get a 671TE, you´ll forget about the SIX really quickly. It´s a bit heavier, offers the same distance with more control. No matter how hard you hit it.

Sorry, I can´t offer any experience with the 553, just wanted to mention abother SIX alternative.

10 footer and lohrm1...thanks

Pretty much decided to stay with the SIX X. If I hadn't broken that shaft, there is no way anyone could have convinced me to pull it and try another shaft.

Guess that's about as good an argument as I can make to reshaft with the SIX.

Thanks.

Good decision...It's hard not to try something new and different, but if the Six worked for you no reason to switch.
